They are nice but maybe regarding mental health services do your own research as they are very old school.

She and the other retired Doctor that own this practice built this and it's their right to run it as they see fit but there is a reason so many good Doctors come and go from this practice as well as so many families leaving. Their bill pay system is flawed, their front desk practices are outdated, the interior and exterior of their building is a joke, not to mention the revolving door that is their staff is horrible. Enough is a enough, sell the practice and cash out. Either that or get your act together, paint the building, remodel, get a billing department that works and actually pay your employees to stay. The community needs some sort of action.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the pediatrics ER. As a parent, there is nothing more…read moreterrifying than watching your child in severe pain for a week and not knowing why. After multiple doctor visits and unanswered questions, we ended up in the Pediatric ER, twice in 1 month. and it completely changed the course of my daughter's care. This hospital has held a special place in my heart for years. 14 years ago, my son was treated here for Kawasaki disease, a condition with only a short window for treatment to help prevent serious heart complications. The exceptional care he received is why, years later, I knew this was where I wanted to bring my daughter when she needed answers. As a teaching hospital, I've always felt confident that difficult cases receive a thorough evaluation Our 4-year-old had been suffering with severe abdominal pain, high fevers, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and had become increasingly lethargic. She endured IVs, blood work, X-rays, an ultrasound, and so many pokes that left her frightened and exhausted. Every doctor, nurse, technician, treated her with patience and kindness. They took the time to investigate her symptoms instead of simply treating the pain. A very special thank you to Dr. Meghan Martin (@dr.beachgem10). She came in with the nurse just as we were admitted and looked at the entire clinical picture, ordered the appropriate testing, and identified what others had missed. She explained everything clearly, and even took the time to answer my long list of follow-up questions afterward. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is not because of the doctors or nurses. My concerns are with the billing and overall process. On our first ER visit, before seeing the attending physician, we had several different providers come in one after another asking the same questions. I understand this is a teaching hospital and that residents and trainees are part of the learning process, However, maybe takes notes - read them first - repeating the same history over and over while my child was in pain was exhausting. The actual physician then saw us last only briefly, and receiving a bill of around $1,300 made the experience feel difficult to reconcile from a patient perspective. 2nd visit To Dr. Meghan Martin and the entire Pediatric Emergency Department: thank you for taking such incredible care.I am deeply grateful.

I have Hydrocephalus with over 7 Surgeries, At 19 years of Age, This Hospital has been a blessing I…read morewould not be alive if God did work my way to here. It is sad to read the bad comments about this place and I feel the pain of Families precicely because how important children are and what they expect from any hospital which is safety and health for their children not negligence nor discrimination, even less to deny medical help. but that is not what I have seen and experienced since coming here from the age of 10 years old. I will not lie, I have experienced some encounters with some rude Doctors or nurses that may not be as sweet and gentle as others however, so have I seen Nurses sitting there for hours at 12 am in the morning filling out information on a computer and Doctors Rushing doing their work. This is not an easy job and I thank them for enduring so much difficulties, so precisely for that, even if they may be not feeling great, I appreciate that the staff does their Job the best that they can. I wish that God may fill their lives and help them help people everyday and be able to withstand the great Cross of Being in the medical field for the cross everyone must bear and carry. Also, last time I came in an emergency, I walked with my father to a emergency room full of sick Children waiting to be admitted and the staff was trying their best to get everyone the help the needed, yet ¿how many Children can this Hospital take? As much as I wish that Everyone was admitted immediately, unfortunately The staff can only try their best, I entrust all the Children in this Hospital to the Will of God, Trust in him and his Mother. Parents, As hard as things get, be there for thy Child for so will Our Pater Noster be for he is thy father whom loves all with a perfect love, as said in the book of Isaiah and yes, even if its very painfull. There is a purpose for suffering. May God bless all the Doctors and continue to work through them to keep giving life to children.
