Consumer Beware: I would not normally provide such a negative review, but in this case, I felt obligated to warn others. I recently had to file a breach of contract claim against Wise/Chem because they failed to provide service and refused to refund my money. While in court, Wise/Chem made blatant lies to the Judge and I called them out on such lies. Thankfully, the Judge didn't believe their lies either. So, if Wise/Chem has no problem lying to a Judge, under oath, they have no problem lying to their customers. Wise/Chem also falsely claimed to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau when in fact they were not (as told by the BBB after I filed a complaint against Wise/Chem). This company absolutely lacks good morals, values and ethics. There are much better pest control businesses out there that are cheaper and actually find solutions to pesty problems rather than just spraying pesticide. Although I do not endorse other businesses, the company I have entrusted has been "Golden" and I could not be happier with their service. So glad to be done with Wise/Chem's deception, arrogance and dishonesty. I look forward to receiving my court ordered check from this defeated company. read more

After many failed attempts at getting our spider infestation under control ourselves ( and seeing one too many brown recluse spiders inside) , we decided to call an exterminator to help us out. We signed up for a bi-monthly treatment plan with Wise/Chem Safe and couldn't be happier! Today Logan came out to give us our 2nd treatment and was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond -my husband and I have been talking about it all day- he was extremely thorough- with the exterior and interior- covering every room- but he also provided excellent customer service- even my daughter liked him! read more

My husband and I are relatively new to Granbury and we needed a pest control company. Thought we would call someone local. I called on a Friday and was able to get a treatment that very same day. Perfect as we were having family come in for the weekend. While the tech was at our house he noticed what he thought were termites. He took several pictures and told us that someone besides himself would have to contact us on Monday to set up an appointment to come out. Monday, no call. Tuesday, no call. I called back on Wednesday and talked to a woman that told me she would look into this and get back to me. It is now one week later and no one has called. Very disappointed as I will now have to call someone else. read more

Chris at wise chem did an amazing job of clearing our house of an infestation, and fast! We hired them to do year round post control and they come out regularly as well as any time we need extra. They got all the wasps from the windows and the ant mounds from the yard. The stuff I was getting at Walmart was doing nothing for the ants, but after wise chem came out, they are gone! I definitely recommend hiring these guys because let's face it, they know what they are doing and the stuff at the store simply is not as powerful. They are extremely thorough and checked every nook and cranny on the kids play set and trampoline. They found and sprayed several wasp nests there as well. He also have us advice on what we could do about the mud swallows trying to take over our back porch. They were dive bombing us and making a huge mess. They are very knowledgeable about what pests are a problem in different areas of town, so they were able to give us a heads up about what to watch out for. They also treated the yard for fleas and our dogs have not had fleas since then. It was a little pricy up front, but in the long run I realize it is priceless. With all the time they spend inspecting and treating our yard and house, it's a great value. read more

Poor customer service and communication. We had a room treated for bed bugs. The exterminator told me that I had to notify him within two weeks if there were still live bugs in order to qualify for retreatment. I did and he said that at the 3 week inspection they would treat again if there were still bugs. My son continued to be bitten so I prepared the room to be treated again during the 3 week inspection. During that inspection I was told that he couldn't treat it again until another two weeks passed. Twice I have asked for the manager to call and I have yet to hear from him. It is very frustrating to hear a different story from different employees and not have their guarantee and time frame in writing. read more
