You cannot complain to Wix about a partner. I have tried, they are not responsible and make it very clear of this. You can't even send a complaint about the designer. As nice as Yossef is I would not recommend at all. I was totally ripped off. I am now out 2400.00 I have removed him from my Wix account and am going to learn how on my own. Except that "wealth" is the word of god here, and the outfit you wear will be thoroughly scrutinized. The owner begs for validation and will use your presence (whether you consent or not) to tell everyone how great she is (look at all of the reviews that look like they were written by staff or acolytes and what the focus is). There will be chanting. There will be motivational speaking of the most generic kind. There will be a bunch of people who don't know any better offering well-meaning advice. For the tens of thousands of dollars it costs to be part of this group, I would have gotten more value by going on vacation somewhere cool and focusing on my business problems. Instead, I got a community of wannabes parroting whatever Allison says to try to make up for a shocking lack of skill and judgment.
