I remembered I had a business card in my purse that I had picked up at a local restaurant. We called American Top Gun Roofing. They were at our house within 20 minutes. They got on the roof to check out the damage. When they came down, they discussed the damage with my husband and gave him an estimate to do the repairs. They went and picked up the materials needed for the job. They were back within 30 minutes and did the required work in an hour. My husband used to own a roofing company so he was able to look at their work. He said they did excellent work. They were professional and their pricing was reasonable. We were thrilled. I had Jerry out to fix my LG washer about 5 months ago. he replaced a pump and it was warrantied…read morefor a year. the pump stopped working about two weeks ago and we tried to call him, his mailbox is full so I had friends text him as he requested. one person he did not respond to at all and another after two days he asked for our address and then never contacted us at all. We are owed a new pump and if my husband had not ordered one after the last time and knew how to put it on I would still be without a washer going on more then a week.. And we do a lot of wash in this family. SO when is he going to respond and say he cannot come, or he will come etc. Very poor business person at this point and I live in a rural area where repairmen are scarce esp for LG appliances and he knows this.. so what happened to this guy I have no clue but he could have found the time to answer me and also tell my friend who he asked what was our address what his plans were.

They're the only company we will call. We been here at this location for a long time and Hendricks has only had to service us twice. They are good, their price is reasonable and they do not waste time getting here. They have never left a mess in my yard I found them to be friendly people who know what they are doing. Hendrick's put waste from my septic tank BACK in the septic tank when I was dissatisfied with their…read moreservice. I called Hendrick's for the purpose of cleaning out my septic tank. They arrived on 4/29/16 and proceeded to work. When it seemed like they were done, I went into my backyard to look at their work and make sure everything was done properly; it wasn't. They had left a layer of waste in the bottom of the tank. I am a 30+ year homeowner, and have had this service done several times...correctly and with no complaints. Until now. When I spoke with Hendrick's about this, they became agitated and said that they couldn't get the rest of it. Also said I had paper towels and baby wipes in the system (our grandchildren are 7 & 11, no babies), plus, what does that matter, this is they're job and surely they should know how to completely empty and clean a septic tank. I had already paid them a check for the job as I trusted their experience. I went into my house, thinking they were going to clean it out, but NO! He was putting the waste from my tank as well as OTHERS BACK into MY septic tank! Yes, putting the waste BACK in the tank. When I went out to ask him what he was doing...was he actually putting waste BACK into my tank, he said, "Yes, there's just no pleasing you people." Excuse me? I'm paying you to clean out my tank, not leave waste in it. I asked for my check back as he did not do the job and he did something so nasty it did not warrant payment. He didn't want to give it back, but, he did. And left. This business is unprofessional and their practices is unsanitary. I would not use them ever again or refer anyone to them.
