All-Pro was the first to call back the next morning and was able to come over for an estimate later that afternoon. I did receive a response from one who said he was booked up for 3 months. I also received a return call about 4 or 5 days later from another contractor, but I had already checked prices and moved on using All-Pro. They were able to schedule me the next week. Their appt. time was Thursday, and he said they would drop off the generator on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and I received a call letting me know they were on their way with the generator if it was convenient. Then on Thursday at 0800 they arrived, went over the installation and made note of parts, and said the would return. About 10 minutes later the plumbers arrived (arranged by All-Pro) to re-pipe the propane lines. After 40 minutes or so All-Pro returned and the installation was completed and tested by 3:00pm that day. All said, it was the way contractors should be -- but frequently are not any more.
