Some were booked out, some wanted to schedule a time a few days out but with APG they tried to help me out right away. We got on the phone and started trouble shooting my issue. Coleby was very patient and great at explaining what to do. Luckily I had some DIY experience so it helped with the troubleshooting. It ended up taking a few weeks to trouble shoot cause there was snow on my panels but they were good to follow up and see if things were back online or not. Their effort and responsiveness really impressed me. My solar is back online thanks to them, and sooner than anyone else who reached out. You can tell they care about the customer, their reputation, and provide excellent value. This company is great and I have nothing but good things to say about them. From the very first conversation, Dave was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through his ideas for our home. His proposal included not only the solar system but also an upgraded electrical panel, an EV charging station, and a new roof. Because we rent our home out, making sure everything was done properly and efficiently was very important to us. Dave brought Mohamed Kastiro into the discussions, and Mohamed provided detailed drawings showing the proposed panel layout. We made a few tweaks along the way, and at no point did we ever feel like we were bothering them. In fact, the entire team made us feel welcome and supported throughout the process. The installation itself was fantastic. Every step of the project was clearly communicated, timelines were respected, and when the crew said they would arrive at a certain time, they did. That level of reliability is rare these days. We also have to mention Samantha Lee in the office. Sam was amazing--always following up, keeping us informed, and making sure everything stayed on track. We are currently awaiting final approval from Southern California Edison, and as of today's update, everything appears to be in order. Our neighbours were so impressed with the process and the installation that they have now contracted Supreme Solar to complete the same project for their home. Waste of time and money, and I don't trust that he even evaluated the issue correctly. DO NOT USE THIS MOBILE RV REPAIR COMPANY!!!!

We broke leaf springs on one side of our trailer on Rd 400, 21 minutes away from his current location in Madera. ALEX wanted $350 service call and $195 diagnostic via Venmo before he would come. We sent pictures of leaf springs for sizing and repair. 2 hrs later arrived and refused to start until we paid another $1,500 CASH or Venmo, stating he was "on the clock." Charged $3,000, "job will take 8-9 hrs, you pay for convenience." Took him 4 hrs! Called three other companies this week explained situation-they were all appalled at what ALEX charged. Truly High Way ROBBERY!! Took our trailer into another company this week. Had both axels, bearings and leaf springs replaced for $1,100. ALEX deserves a ZERO STAR rating.

Mine receive full sun exposure with 10 east and 10 south facing. They are also the only company that would install the panels I wanted, REC alpha pure rx 460's with 2 Tesla power wall 3 batteries. The install was clean with no conduit running along the roof , everything fed thru attic. I produce more power than my friends 26 panels ( all south facing) q cell system. I was so worried about this purchase, however now I'm just disappointed. Disappointed I didn't hire Sunmade sooner!
