We sent pictures of leaf springs for sizing and repair. 2 hrs later arrived and refused to start until we paid another $1,500 CASH or Venmo, stating he was "on the clock." Charged $3,000, "job will take 8-9 hrs, you pay for convenience." Took him 4 hrs! Called three other companies this week explained situation-they were all appalled at what ALEX charged. Truly High Way ROBBERY!! Took our trailer into another company this week. Had both axels, bearings and leaf springs replaced for $1,100. ALEX deserves a ZERO STAR rating.
