We purchase our new home during "constant home construction" neighborhood. Day 1, we learned "wolf" spiders inhabit our home and in this area & were very large, very scary and living inside our brand new home. I called All Starr Termite & Pest Control and Randy showed up on time within the week for consult. Welcoming, experienced and took his time explaining how keeping spiders out is a long ongoing process. I appreciate his honesty and met his brother Kenny not long after for our quarterly treatment inside and outside of our home to include ally load garage. Yes we continue to see spiders, as expected, only now mostly they are DEAD. New pest arrived 6 months later as new homes are now being built quite close to our home. The long and short: All Starr is still the best, especially when it comes to treating bedbugs. I've moved to a new place since I contacted them last, and they provided the same level of prompt, helpful service as the last time I worked with them. A+ awesome company all around. This time we actually did have to heat-treat the house, which to be blunt is a massive hassle. But as usual the folks at All Starr were prompt, extremely helpful, and made sure we knew exactly what to do to prepare. They finished the treatment in one afternoon and just wrapped up their post-treatment bedbug check (with Lily the sniffer dog, who was a delight to meet, even for a stressful reason). We even sent a text to Nathan (the guy leading our treatment) at 10 PM when we thought we'd found another bedbug, and he responded IMMEDIATELY. Ridiculously good customer service! Happily that was a false alarm, and our house is bedbug free! read more

I'm sad to see these guys don't have any reviews yet! We've been using them for about 3 years now, (a rental we were in used them and we decided to stick with them when we bought our house) and I wouldn't use anyone else. It's a family-owned business, so you see the same people every time and they get to know you, your home and your bug "issues". Seeing a roach is a near-death experience for me, so I don't take pest control lightly. When we bought our house last summer, we found that the ugly little beasts had already moved in and made themselves at home. It was a nightmare! Let's just say they got too close for comfort--and I thought we'd never get rid of them. All Starr has come out quarterly since then (and a few extra times free of charge, per their policy), and here we are in warm weather again and I have yet to see a single one! (Knock on wood.) Aelthon at All Star Pest Management Baltimore branch was called about removing a family of raccoons from my home. Was here at the time and day he made the appointment. Guarantee Me to have them out by the next day. By morning the family was out. So we thought. How ever one baby was trapped in the wall and could not get out. The mother was hanging around trying to get her baby. We called pest management again he was out within an hour and had the raccoon out of the wall in less than 20 minutes. I started out enjoying the service All Star was providing. Then, I moved to Austin and wanted to continue my relationship with their company so I renewed. Upon renewing I was told a new technician would be servicing my house and he was the owners son or family memeber. Upon arrival he had another individual with him who looked out of character and i was told he was in training. During the treatment we had breif conversations and towards the end of the job the so-called employee in training came into the house and offered me Marijuana. I called the company and requested to not have that technicians come to my again. I was informed he was the only tech that service my area and the tech i had before him only serviced outside of Austin. So, on my next quartly visit they sent the same technician and he showed up with another individual who looked concerning. When they left my house I had a bottle of cologne missing. I called in my complaint and all I got was we'll talk to him but he's the only tech we're sending to your house because we're not pulling the other tech just to do your house. I dont recommend this company on the bases of shady employees who cant be trusted in your house. I cancelled my contract with them! read more
