I originally hired All Surface Painting one year ago to paint the exterior of my house. The owner came out to go through every detail of what should be done and what I should expect. He was professional, extremely thorough, and never gave me the "rush act". Because I had some dry rot around my windows, he said they would come back and paint them, free of charge. Exactly one year later, I was ready to have them back. His contact person to schedule appointments always followed through, was polite and very professional. Terrible customer service. They never looked at our job, gave an estimate by phone as if someone else had looked at our house, then charged for more hours than the painters were on site. They painted the exterior of my house which needed to be painted 16 years ago when they painted the interior. Service was excellent! The house looks awesome!
