Gino seems to be a nice enough guy and I think for general pressure washing services that are straight forward, the result will be exactly what you're looking for. The areas that he pressure washed do look better than they did prior to the job. That said, my yard was left a complete mess, with dirt pulled up from the pressure washing left on my screen doors, the doors interior wood themselves, up the first few feet of the walls of the house and lower part of windows, across every piece of furniture, and all plantings. This pressure washing was the last part of a brand new landscaping project and I'm disappointed and sad that my great backyard looks dirty after only being in place for 2 weeks. I did bring this up to Gino before he left, and he picked up a hose to start washing some things off but I knew in my head that it would take hours so I told him to stop and I would take care of it on my own time. It's clear that I expected and assumed someone to be able to assess and know that there is obvious care in the environment and to bring up potential risks. But this is strictly labor for hire. read more

I wish I could give Gino 27 stars. Gino was super speedy responding to our initial inquiry. He gave us a very fair estimate to pressure wash our house, fence, large concrete patio, driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. He showed up exactly on time and did an incredible job. He was professional, efficient, thorough, and super friendly. Our house has a lot of weird gaps above the windows, and he made sure that not one drop of water entered to the inside of our home. (You should have seen his crouched-down stance while he was power washing our house.) We are actually planning to sell our $250 Ryobi power washer, as we plan to just repeatedly hire Gino.
