I had 2 of their workers come out to re-work a part of my pump line-up to get my pool opened. I was told I would receive a heads-up call prior to them coming and performing any work. I did not receive any notice, so I was not ready when they showed up. They arrived and failed to even let me know they were working. I discovered them in my backyard by chance. They had replaced 2 hoses and app. 7-8 PVC fittings. When I tried to talk with them about the work, neither of the 2 would answer ANY questions. I believe that I got a total of about 3 words total out of them....these guys were beyond rude. They left without providing any feedback or invoice for what they had done. A week later, I received a charge on my debit card for well over $300.00. At that point, I realized why they had required my card information prior to providing any service...they could charge me before we could discuss any part of the service....the fix was in. Repeated calls to request information or details regarding the service and charges were useless. They allegedly have nobody that can answer the phone or discuss the situation. Every extension on the phone menu was unavailable and continues to be so. I feel like I have been robbed. They need to be investigated.

Bill from Copycat was instrumental in helping us get our insurance company to cover the cracks. We would not have gotten any coverage without his help. Copycat installed two insert fire places for us. Their team was amazingly knowledgeable and answered all our questions both about the installations, tips on how to use them and care and maintenance. The installers did an excellent job, finished in the timeframe they had promised, and even helped us arrange with a local electrician to incorporate under-mantle lights into the design. We are delighted with our new fireplace. One suggestion: it would be helpful as customers are picking out their stone, etc, to see examples of Copycat's beautiful work, in addition to the trade catalogs and sample boards. Those decisions are tough, and pictures would be helpful, besides being great advertising of their quality work.

When he finally came to property he looked around a little bit provided no useful information and then said I would be getting an invoice. I received a charge for $186. This was apparently an 'inspection fee'. I was not aware I'd be charged this and didn't receive any kind of inspection report. My understanding was that he came out to bid on pool repair job. This is the first negative customer review I have ever written. So frustrated with Chad and this company.
