I called multiple times to have them come back and fix it, and basically they were ignoring my calls and messages. They finally came and "fixed" the cover. However, when I got home and tried the cover, it was not any better than before they "fixed" it. I again made several calls, and no one answered, so I left voice messages. I was out of town for vacation, and when I got back I had a large bill from them. I called and left a message that I would happily pay the bill for the "service call" when the cover was actually fixed. I received no call back, so I finally called from a different phone, and the woman who I assume is responsible for running the office finally answered. She has always been rude and condescending, however this time she was even more nasty. She literally was yelling at me and calling me disrespectful and rude names. She was blaming me for the pool cover not working, and was screaming at me on the phone like a crazy person. We had used them for regular pool services for a few years, basically just opening and closing our pool, which I have learned I can do completely by myself, because it is not hard to do. After the experience with the cover, which they never did fix, I would never use them again for any services, including simply opening and closing a pool. I would 100% steer clear of using this company for services, it is very evident that they know only basic pool services, and the office manager has major problems communicating with clients. Although the guys who did service were pleasant, I prefer to pay for competence and knowledgeable service companies.

Firing someone for listening to political music, while off the clock, and in their personal vehicle based off an "anonymous call" that allegedly "hung up before we could get their name or any more information" claiming that "a horizon employee (never gave a specific name) was blasting 'f ice' music in a company vehicle on the clock." The anonymous caller allegedly claimed to have video evidence. This driver was off the clock, as your own records and truck gps/routes will show as well as his own dash cam and personal GPS tracking. He was not on company property, nor in a company vehicle, as his personal truck dash cam and gps records will prove. When the employee asked for their records and details of the " investigation" relating to this anonymous report he received nothing in response until the next day. He was fired over the phone for "damaging the company reputation" simply because he happens to have a company logo on his clothing while at a gas station, off the clock, feuling his personal vehicle and based off a political song choice. A random man (suspectedly involved with the customer service person who openly supports ICE and said "Renee good deserved to be shot," at work, on company time with seemingly no reprocussions) didn't like this music he was playing and so, entirely based off a difference in political opinion, and violating his first amendment right to freedom of expression and his rights to his own personal opinion, he has been fired. And what of the employees who openly support ICE and make statements such as "they should all be round up and shot?" Nothing apparently. Wow.

Awesome service to a first time customer…read more My 15 year old (Sundance) hot tub stopped working on a Sunday evening. I couldn't get it running again using my usual tricks. Expecting heavy snow Tuesday followed by below zero temps I was pretty sure the tub would die if I didn't get it serviced on Monday. I called Monday morning and was told that they were very busy with calls that had stacked up over the weekend and other prior scheduled appointments but would try fit me in as soon as they could. I came home from work on Monday and found my hot tub all zipped up and working with a new circulation pump and flow switch installed. Bravo PPS. Thanks for saving my hot tub! I'm not sure that they even deserve the one star that I gave them. You would have to search a long…read moretime to find a company that is as deceptive and rude as these guys. I had 2 of their workers come out to re-work a part of my pump line-up to get my pool opened. I was told I would receive a heads-up call prior to them coming and performing any work. I did not receive any notice, so I was not ready when they showed up. They arrived and failed to even let me know they were working. I discovered them in my backyard by chance. They had replaced 2 hoses and app. 7-8 PVC fittings. When I tried to talk with them about the work, neither of the 2 would answer ANY questions. I believe that I got a total of about 3 words total out of them....these guys were beyond rude. They left without providing any feedback or invoice for what they had done. A week later, I received a charge on my debit card for well over $300.00. At that point, I realized why they had required my card information prior to providing any service...they could charge me before we could discuss any part of the service....the fix was in. Repeated calls to request information or details regarding the service and charges were useless. They allegedly have nobody that can answer the phone or discuss the situation. Every extension on the phone menu was unavailable and continues to be so. I feel like I have been robbed. They need to be investigated.
