THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU!! Do not buy any dresses from this shop until you have completely checked every part of the dress YOURSELF!! They are advertising that they only sell NEW dresses but I bought a dress for $500 that is completely ruined at the bottom and has clearly been hemmed and worn before. I didn't noticed it because the lady working in the shop made sure she placed the dress perfectly to cover it. They make every person that buys a dress sign a final sale contract but they do not tell you that they also will not do anything to the dress once you take it out of the store. I give this cute little boutique 2 stars because the clothing they sell outside of the prom dresses (which are equally as awesome) are of great quality, on trend and not something you'll find in any other local store BUT the owner's vibe is so off putting that it overshadows this local hidden gem. I've waited to write this review because I was wondering if my experiences were one off situations or not. After looking at the other reviews about the service and about 8 separate visits to the store, I felt more comfortable sharing. The first time I ever visited this store was in 2020 once the world began to reopen. Historically known as a prom dress shop in the area, they added more casual dresses, jumpsuits and other cute ready to wear items to make up for the lack of prom season after COVID hit. On that first visit I heard a woman who seemed to be the owner of the shop, correcting a worker in front of me (the customer) in a stern voice. Once she walked away the employee was talking to another employee about how she made someone cry earlier that day. I don't like witnessing exchanges like that (it should have been done privately or not at all). I overlooked it because the clothes were so cute and the employees were very friendly. On subsequent visits I did make a mental note that employees seemed MORE friendly and less tense on days she (the owner) wasn't there. I've never seen her smile and sometimes she doesn't even acknowledge my presence even though she's often the first person you see when you enter because she's often standing behind the register near the entrance. After today's visit I decided that the super cute clothes and friendly staff doesn't outweigh the rude vibes she gives off so I'll go back to ordering boutique items online. No matter who they hire their ratings on this platform will probably remain the same because if I had to guess, she's the problem. read more

Made 3 hour drive to be measured for suit for wedding. Arrived 1 day early to try suit on. Pants were 3 inches too long. Came back the next day at 1 pm as staff said that was when the truck from Richmond would arrive. Truck hasn't arrived yet (1:45 pm). Today's staff said they would never give a time as they don't know when the truck would arrive. Very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this establishment. read more

They sold a brand new dress that had been altered! we tried on dress it fit perfect. But since it had small seam issue they said they had the same dress in the back that was brand new in the same size.. we went to bring the dress back for a quick alteration. The dress doesn't fit because it had been altered . They refused to take back the dress or exchange it we are now out of a dress , my child is doing every measure to get this dress to fit by Saturday . If she doesn't she had no dress for prom. I cannot stress enough how instrumental Owner, Ashley McAchran, was in finding my perfect dream bridal gown! I am so head over heels in love with it and am so thankful to have had her help! The staff at Studio I Do/All The Rage is the sweetest group of girls I have ever met. Even though Ashley was my consultant, other girls popped in to check on my multiple times and of course made me feel beautiful when I was standing out on the floor. The store is clean and newly renovated (I saw the store a few years ago under a previous owner and it wasn't nearly as fresh and updated as it is NOW). No drinks allowed around the bridal gowns, so leave your Starbucks at the door! Totally understandable...I'm the one with butter fingers!! Friendly staff, and an overall pleasant experience! The two stars are for the wonderful experience I had while dress shopping. But going back to pick up my dress was one of the most frustrating experiences ever. Back in July, Jill helped me find and try on dresses. She was amazing! She was honest and encouraging and she was definitely all in. This made the experience fun and stress free. Needless to say I found my dress which I fell in LOVE with. I live in California so I told them I will be back around the holidays to pick it up and they put a note on my file. I received about 5 calls between when the dress came in up until a week before when I already stated I wouldn't be back in town until December! And every time I told them there should be a note in my file. Poor communication and overall just annoying. I picked up my dress yesterday and I was super excited UNITL the young girl who "helped" me was less than interested in helping. She put the dress in the room and said "let me know when you need zipped up." Previously Jill had helped me get into the dress etc. it's an entire wedding dress! How the heck am I supposed to get in it by myself. So I asked her "you all don't help the brides get into the dresses anymore?" With attitude she proceeded to come into the dressing room and unzipped the dress then just handed it to me..... ok I was done at that point. I come out to look at it. She doesn't help me with the train or straightening it out. I wanted to cry and not because I was happy. I was by myself so I asked her to take a couple of photos. She was so not excited about that(go figure). And the pictures are terrible but I was annoyed so much I couldn't even ask her to take better ones. I wasn't once asked about accessories which I was told on the phone that at this time I would be able to look at. I don't know where Jill was but she's the best! That other chick is terrible, her attitude sucks and if I had worked with her before I would have never purchased ANYTHING at this store! read more

Dont rent your Tux from them! Their only the middle man and when theres problems they cant fix them in time. I couldn't even wear mine to the wedding because it was too late for them to fix it. So I had to go out and buy a new suit. And ofcourse they say it's all my fault. When looking for a shop to buy my dress, I noticed almost all salons had 3-3.5 stars on yelp. This shop deserves 5 stars without a doubt. I was able to get a timely appointment, my consultant was very helpful, the shop itself was clean, and the dresses were in good shape. I ended up finding my dress the very first day which I didn't expect. The price was a bit higher than a competitor in Richmond, but they were able to adjust the price to a point that I was more comfortable with. The dress came in just shy of 8 weeks later and is perfect. I'd highly recommend All the Rage! read more

Horrible sizing! Recently had my best friend get married and all of the bridesmaids lived out of state.... Staff was not knowledgeable about size charts and had our ENTIRE bridal party in all the wrong sizes... I'm a 4 and All The Rage insisted I ordered a 10 because the sizes ran small. WRONG! $200 in alterations later the entire bridal party was wearing $450 dollar dresses. One bridesmaid was instructed to order a size 20! Such a disappointment. read more

My consultant was very friendly and gave me a free veil, free shipping, and free garment bag because my fiance was military! I gave it four stars because when they measured me to order the dress size, I don't think they ordered the correct dress size for me. When I received the dress, it was very small and I had to have it altered. I checked on the allure website for dress sizes and according to my waist size, the consultant should have ordered the next size up. I said yes at Studio I Do! And I had an absolutely wonderful time doing it! When my family and I first walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, we were immediately greeted by everyone at the desk despite being busy with other things. They apologized for the wait, and I got to browse the store while they were finishing up. Ashley, who ultimately ended up working with me because they had a few schedule changes, was finishing up with another customer. So instead of making me wait longer, she asked someone else to help me get started while she finished up. My family sat on the couch in our little viewing section while she took me around and helped me pick out my first few dresses. When Ashley was able to join me, she looked at the pictures I had saved as ideas and picked up a few more. I had a great experience shopping for my dress. The idea of it had been overwhelming at first, and I was so nervous about it. There are so many different styles and so much to choose from! But based on the very vague ideas I had in my head about what I wanted, Ashley was able to pick out dresses I really loved. She made me feel so much more at ease and less anxious about shopping for a dress. I ended up trying on eight dresses, with the seventh one being my perfect dress. I still wanted to try on the last one because it was already in the dressing room for me, and I thought I might as well because you never know. And even through she already knew my choice, she let me go ahead and try it on anyway. After putting on that last dress, I knew which one I wanted. Ashley let me put it back on, and when I did, I didn't want to take it off! She let me stand there on the box in it for a while, put on the veil, and even handed me a sample bouquet so my sister could take pictures! It was such an amazing experience that I almost wish I hadn't found my dress simply so I could do it again! I chose a dress that I never thought I would have loved so much, and it's all because of Ashley's ability and experience. She knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't! God I wish i remembered that employees name. The service here was TERRIBLE! For a place like this I'd think that I'd get decent service. Upon first arrival the employee that was suppose to be "helping" me abandoned me and assisted someone else. So i decided to get another worker to assist me, bad idea I should have left after the first red flag. She was pleasant at first and told me to let her know when I wanted to start trying on dresses. When I eventually found a dress I wanted to try on I was waiting for five minutes for her to stop gossiping about lord knows what to another co-worker. She obviously saw me waiting I was right beside the girl. I tried to keep my patience and wait. Eventually she came, thank god, but the experience got even worse. It was soooo hot in the building and I was rudely commented on how sweaty I was, which I could have been at least offered a cloth or something if it was a problem. While trying on dresses the worker completely ignored me the only time she helped me was when I needed help tieing the dress which she HAD to help me because she wouldn't let my friends help me which is what they were trying to do because the employee was ignoring me but of course they were told they could help me. I noticed that she never talked to me, but she talked to other workers and even other customers but not me, whom she was supposed to be assisting. I took pictures of the dresses I tried on and you can just SEE in the employees face that she had an attitude the entire time she was helping me. So after trying on my fourth dress, I wanted to try JUST ONE more dress on but was told I couldn't but all the other girls had at least 7 dresses outside their dressing room and one girl was even putting dresses back and picking out more to try on. I'm a senior in high school who didn't have a junior prom so I never got that "prom" experience but this DEFINITELY ruined it for me and I'm not sure if I even want to look for a dress anymore I might not even attend prom after this. And I also noticed that I was the only person of color trying on dresses, not trying to play the race card or anything, but I noticed all the other non colored girls were getting AMAZING service, I hope, but I was not getting a fraction of service they were getting. I highly recommend people to shop elsewhere because their are so many dress shops that are WAY better than this one and could possibly offer better service. This dress shop DOES NOT meet the hype that I saw online. Definitely won't be coming back here and I won't be recommending anyone to come here. I came in after finding a dress I liked at David's Bridal but didn't purchase because I had only looked at 3. I wondered in All the Rage and they fit me into their next appointment. Amber was amazing!! Showed me so many dresses I loved and even though I found one I liked she kept bringing more until I fell in love. She never pressured me to buy any of them and she was open about the amount of time I had to find a dress. I ended up leaving empty handed but I plan to go back and look more for the dress of dreams and maybe even my Bridesmaids!! My daughter purchased a dress that was originally $509.00 The same dress was $480 on the Jovani website and also at a boutique where we first saw it in California. The manager price matched it, but told my daughter she couldn't have the "pink farmer garment bag" and was given a plastic bag instead. The bag ripped within the first hour!! Terrible customer service. I will he posting this on every social media page, as well as Yelp. So a few words of advice...Next time you price match an already over-priced dress, give your customer a decent garment bag!! read more

I unfortunately have to give them only three stars for a couple of reasons. First let me say the good things about this shop. The staff was wonderful and they were so helpful! I really did have a nice time and they did make my afternoon there fun. It was what trying on dresses was supposed to feel like unlike what other places I went felt like where I was not the priority. Because let's be honest, it's your wedding and you are supposed to feel special. And they made that part happen. Now for the not so great. They carry nothing over like a size 4. So you will never know what the dress actually looks like, what the fit will look like on your body. And these dresses aren't cheap. And they won't bring your size in unless you BUY the dress. And this is a BIG decision. I get that these are couture but cmon not everyone is tiny. I'm an 8 and they had nothing to fit me. I will not spend thousands on a dress that I literally have no idea exactly what it's going to look like on me. When you pin a dress to me that's 3 sizes too small it's wrinkled and bunched in all the wrong places and a girl has no idea what's going to smooth out and what's not? That's just not a good feeling and certainly not a good wedding decision. The dresses are beautiful. Some of the most beautiful I saw when I shopped but overall I was sad and disappointed at the fit experience. I don't expect them to carry a warehouse full of dresses but they could cater a little more to normal sizes. A couple 8s and 10s wouldn't kill them I promise. And when I mentioned this to a couple other brides they told me this place literally made them cry they were sad when they tried to fit into the pretty dresses there. Not ok ladies. This is supposed to be the Cinderella experience. read more

I would not recommend this dress shop to ANYONE! I took my daughter to All the Rage last April to find a prom dress based on the reputation I thought the store had. We did find a dress, but I was not impressed with the customer service or lack thereof. We took the dress back for alterations which cost an additional $136. Unfortunately, my daughter's plans changed and she did not go to the prom. We did not pick up the dress right away as my daughter was upset and I did not want her to have to look at the dress. I called the store about a month later and explained the situation. I was told that it was no problem and the dress would be there when I came to pick it up. To be honest, I completely forgot about the dress until I found the receipt 10 months later. I called the store to tell them what happened and the salesperson I spoke with said the dress was probably in the storeroom and that she would check and call me back. About an hour later, the store manager called to inform me that the dress was not in the storeroom and had most likely been donated to charity. She said that they had left numerous messages regarding the dress and their intention to donate it if it was not picked up in a timely manner. I never received a message or I would have definitely picked up the dress immediately. I have the sales receipt for the dress and the receipt for alterations. Nowhere on either receipt does it state that the dress will be donated to charity if it is not picked up within a certain amount of time. I did notice on the alteration receipt that the contact phone number that was written by the salesperson or the seamstress was an incorrect number. My assumption is that they called the wrong number and left messages regarding the dress. Again, I never received a message about the dress. The store manager was going to check with the seamstress to see if she possibly still had the dress and was going to call me back that afternoon. I did not hear from her that day nor the next until I called her to inquire about the dress. She informed me that the seamstress did not have the dress, it was donated, and they were not a storage facility. I told her that that was unacceptable and that the store should either refund me the total cost of the dress and alterations which is $477 or they should issue me a store credit in that amount. She told me that the store owner was aware of at the situation and had no intention of doing either. I then informed her that I would be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. read more
