Well, they damaged the velvet panels on the robe. Rather than be honest about what happened, they just put it in the bag and said nothing. Thank goodness I took it out and inspected it when I got home rather than waiting until the next event when I had to wear it. After getting a complete runaround for WEEKS about payment for damages--multiple trips to the business (both locations), phone calls, texts, etc., and the owner (Luis) NEVER EVER responding, they paid me pennies on the dollar for the robe and then refused to return it to me so that I could try to repair the panels rather than replace the entire robe. Even refused to return the price I paid for the original cleaning, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get that money refunded. HORRIBLE experience all around! If I could give zero stars, I would.

The owner accused me of lying, saying I had only put the shirt in a few days ago, would not accept the fact that I still had the dated ticket saying otherwise, and finally told me I wouldn't get the shirt because I was rude to him. I only got the shirt after driving 25 minutes across town to the other store. Avoid at all costs.
