I used this mover on 5/27/23. They were 3.5 hours late. I should've knew then but I continued with the move. It was a terrible experience. They damaged the apartment I was moving out of, damaged my adjustable be frame, got oil of some sort on 2 peices of my light grey sectional, very large stains might I add and refuse to pay to have it cleaned! Scratched up the top of my TV stand, rip 2 legs off the bottom of my TV stand. On top of all that, the second mover that they had was lazy as all get out! Apartment with NO appliances and no dining set took them 6 hours because they milk the clock! They kept taking breaks, i would find them sitting down, that happened 3 times that i caught. On the way to the new location they decided to stop at a gas station for drinks and snacks, very unprofessional, yet expect me to pay for their breaks and snack runs! My husband and son did at least 30% of the work! The owner which is one of the movers father does shady business! He wouldn't provide I surance information for me to file a claim because he took off $100 for the move. My TV stand cost $600, why would he think 100 was ok! I plan to file complaint with BBB as well as the Attorny General! I am so sick of loser companies thinking they can treat consumer any way they want. Use this shady company at your own risk! We used All The Right Moves to move locally in Denver. We had the movers do all of the large items and we took care of the smaller items. The guys who came to move the house worked hard and worked a very long day to get the move done. We really appreciated them. They did, however, drop a large dresser on the hardwood floor, damaging the floor and the dresser. The guys assured us Marty, their manager, would contact us to take a look and address the damage. That is where the wheels fell off. Marty never called us. I called him after a week or so and he told me he knew nothing about the damage. After telling me that they only repair damage equal to $1 per 60 lbs of material, Marty promised to come out and take a look. I called him multiple times and he never showed. He made his guys look bad. I would be cautious, whether you buy the "moving insurance" or not. read more

I hired Marty and his team to move me from my old apartment to a new apartment in Denver; I was moving from a place that was up three flights of stairs and I had some extremely delicate (and heavy) pieces of furniture, so naturally I was pretty concerned about those pieces making it unscathed. Moving is stressful as it is but having GREAT movers makes a huge difference. Arthur and Travis were amazing. They are friendly and very professional. They handled all of our furniture with care. I called and set up an appointment with them for Saturday afternoon as my last day in my apartment was Sunday and needed everything out. I also hired cleaners to come after the move. I was told the crew had a move in the morning and would be over as soon as it was over. At 3:45PM I had not heard from anyone so I gave them a call. I was told that it would be another 2-3 hours before they could make it. The cleaning company couldn't wait any longer so I ended up moving all the furniture out of the apartment onto the lawn so the place could be cleaned. The movers showed up at 7PM. I had 2 couches, 2 beds, a dresser, deep freezer and 2 animal cages that needed to be moved about 25 minutes away. It took 5 hours for the job to get done. The movers left my new place after midnight. The movers were very friendly but that was the only good thing about this company. Also they charged me a 4% additional fee for using a credit card which was never mentioned to me before. I would never use this company again. read more

They did a great job of disassembling and reassembling both our platform bed frame as well as our sectional couch. While they were mostly careful with my things, the crew sent for my move milked it for all it was worth. A 5-hour move was pushed into 10 hours. We caught them chasing rabbits and standing around. They kept complaining that my 1,062 sq ft apartment was the biggest two-bedroom they had ever seen. I think they were mad because it was hot and they had asked for a third guy, who never showed up. Marty was defensive and didn't want to "sit in traffic for 2 hours" to come see how much stuff we had for himself. He blew me off and had no interest in making it right. Buyer beware!!! read more

We used All the Right Moves at the end of August 2013 to move out of our 2 bedroom rental into our new home. We used a Groupon discount. The customer service setting up the appointment was outstanding, and we felt really good about choosing this company. When moving day arrived, the movers were four hours late, and it was apparent that they were totally overworked and exhausted. Things didn't go exactly as they had been described to me on the phone. For example, I was told to leave items in drawers because the movers would secure blankets around them for the move. This was not done, and the heavy drawers made the move awkward and difficult for the movers. Also, I was told to leave all my clothes in the closet because there was a rod in the truck that they would be placed on... hangers and all. The movers completely forgot to move the closet, and I had to return to the rental and move the clothes myself. All in all, our belongings were moved, there were very few dings and damage to speak of, and the price was low. The lesson I've learned here is that you get what you pay for. If you want superior service, you're not going to get it through Groupon. read more

He did send a refund check with a little interest which we appreciated. My hope is that All the Right Moves will make the moves that they need to make in order to once again put their customer service first and not overbook themselves. I have faith that they are very capable of doing a good job, they have just taken on more than they can chew from time to time and seem to be fixing this issue. read more

This was a difficult move as I was moving into a two story walk-up with a second floor. There was poor access into my new home and the guys had to carry everything by hand over a long, windy sidewalk with numerous cracks in it. They did a very good job and nothing was damaged or broken. They also put my stuff where the label on the boxes said to put it. They arrived promptly at 2:00 even though I was told that with an afternoon move, I wouldn't be guaranteed a specific time. I scheduled this group for a move that was to happen May 30, at 1:30PM. End of month, everyone is busy and moving companies are booked. They never showed up, and never called. Once I got ahold of the owner, he admitted to taking a last minute project in Genesee that 'took longer than they thought', but never called me.
