The challenge is, the line has to go under the road to get to my house. We've had 6 technicians show up to install our service and they all say they can't do it because it has to go under the road. Each time, we call customer service to ensure they know it has to go under the road and they say, not to worry they'll be out xxx day to do the install. On the day, the tech shows up at our door and says he can't do it because it has to go under the road. We tell him the last 5 guys said the same thing and he says, I don't know, they just tell me where to go. So back to customer service and they tell everything is approved, they will be out on xxx day..... and so it continues. Each of these days, I rearrange my schedule to be here for the installation window and it's for nothing. If anybody from xfinity is monitoring these comments, I'd appreciate some assistance.
