The weather did not co-operate with him or his crew at all. There were so many rain delays, but through the entire process, he was patient and kind, and he and his crew continued to work away when the weather would allow it. Watching the welding crew put the frame together was a wonderful experience. Metal footings are installed in the concrete when the foundation is poured. Then they weld the entire frame structure to those solid footings encased in concrete. That building is not going anywhere! He built us one fantastic workshop.
