He has been in the water well business since 1981 and knows his stuff. He has worked for my family, neighbors, and friends for many years. He's brilliant and fast. He did SO much in about an hour and a half yesterday it blew my mind. He also was kind enough to educate me on some care and maintenance issues that I'd not been aware of before. He has been working Burnet, Llano, and Lampasas counties for the entire time he's been in business. And bless him, you know a pump house is NEVER a nice environment... poor fella killed a snake in mine AND dealt with all kinds of craziness. I can't recommend him enough. Anyone in the area who knows about wells and groundwater will tell you that Arliss is your man!

Since then I have left numerous messages on voice mail with no response. It is now June with no call back and no explanation. I would not recommend this company for your well services. I will never use Apex again, they drilled my water well and hooked it up wrong, they did fix it…read more They also wired wrong and burnt the wires to the well pump and to my sub panel. They agreed to have there insurance company fix it but never did....Also found out they have several complaints that are being investigated...Wish I found out earlier.. But, to the point. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help me solve the problem without trying to sell me anything. I reached out to them via email and they coldly replied that it would be 10-14 days before they could help me. Zero concern or sympathy was shown. I reiterated that I was without water. It didn't phase them. I would somewhat understand if I was a new customer, but for someone who has given them thousands of dollars of business in recent years, you'd think they'd at least show some concern and at least offer to have someone come out to see if it was a simple fix. Nope. 10-14 days. I found another service company that came out within 24 hours. It in fact was a simple fix--a loose connection in a junction box. They had my well back up and running in 30 minutes. Needless to say, I won't be using A&W ever again.
