My dog has been at ATP daycare for a year and a half now. We've also done overnight boarding and obedience classes with ATP. All have been excellent experiences! The staff is personable and looks out for the dogs. The dogs are matched with playgroups that work best for their personalities and play styles. My pup has been here once for his "interview" and once for daycare. Since then, I have made a recurring weekly appointment. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and ATTENTIVE. They put a ton of time and effort into making sure each dog maxes out on fun while staying safe and happy. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog here and the hours of operation make it convenient to do so. I will say that the prices are significantly higher than what I'm used to paying for the same quality of care, though I can't blame them too much from a business perspective (not a lot of competition in C'ville). I cannot describe how amazing this daycare is. They take the time to really know and understand the personality and quirks of every dog they take care of. They always have staff in the rooms with the dogs, and keep an eye out to make sure no dog is getting harassed. They also make sure all the dogs are not getting overheated, too cold, etc. For example I have a big old golden/black lab mix who loves to sit in the sun. We moved down from Maine this summer, and he was not dealing with the heat adjustment well. The staff at All Things Pawsible kept him safe by only letting him go outside for ~5 mins at a time when it was hot out, which is extra work for them, but they did it anyway. This is the only place I've left my dog where I have felt truly comfortable, aka not worried at all. I'd recommend contacting them for daycare, and they likely will have a waitlist, so call early. LOVE All Things Pawssible almost as much as my fluffy friend, Otis! We go for day camp one day a week and Otis is anxious to go in every time. He returns back to me so tired that he snoozes most of the next day, which is an invaluable gift from a one year old high energy pooch. The folks at the desk and working with the dogs are friendly and really care and love their daytime camper pups. We are also taking an intermediate training class with Britney, and we've loved it so far. Britney is a keen trainer with a great sense for each dog. She helps celebrate small victories for each individual dog, and does a great job communicating training strategies with our whole class. We've learned some great ways to approach and continue our training with Otis, and he absolutely loves going to this class. We come home with a treat, a tired pup, and food for thought as we work on our training each week. read more

My fur-amily and I have been customers of ATP since early 2015. We've brought both our adult dog and puppy here for both the beginner and intermediate obedience classes, as well as doggy day care. During the obedience classes we were taught different ways to communicate with our dogs and in turn, build rapport with our animals. One of the most valuable lessons being in getting our dogs to attend to us while other distractions are occurring around them. In many ways, this class was as much educational as it was important for the socialization of both dogs and dog owners. What I appreciated was Karen's keen observation of the idiosyncratic behavior of the dogs. Our oldest dog is a bit sensitive around other dogs and she was quick to tell us that doggy day care was not a viable option for our older dog. While this was a bit of a disappointment, we also understood that it was not simply for the well being of our dog but others. On the other hand, our younger dog loves doggy daycare and is a welcome guest. The customer service has been an interesting experience. From what I've noticed the people at ATP are wonderful with dogs and it's demonstrated in the warmth they exude around the animals from check in (during doggy care) to retrieval at the end of the day. On the other hand, we sometimes encounter brusque conversation on the phone. While that can be ruff (pun intended here), we appreciate the care in which they provide our dog(s). From my experience with ATP I can say that our dogs, specifically our youngest loves this place. Every morning that is an "ATP" day is one that our dog loves which is clearly indicated by the enthusiasm in which he leaps out of the car and rushes inside the facility. read more

So thankful for ATP - thank you for wearing out our pup with fun and supervised socialization! We've been bringing our girl here for the past 2-ish years and have never had an issue. We bring her for daycare during the week and occasional weekend boarding. The staff are great and trustworthy. Our dog is always fast asleep as soon as she gets home. Prices have gone up in our time coming here, but it is still the place I'd feel most comfortable bringing our dog. read more

I'll be honest: when we started using ATP in late 2017, we were not impressed. Phone calls went unanswered, and we felt like our dog wasn't getting great care. We stopped going. Fast forward to mid 2018, though, and things became WAY different. The improvement in care and staff can be directly linked to when Jennifer bought ATP and overhauled everything. At this point, we are very satisfied customers. It seems that lots of other people feel that way too because we now have to plan our reservations with a little more advanced notice! Our primary use for ATP is doggy daycare about once per week. Drop off is convenient starting at 7am, and you can pick up as late as 6pm (7pm on weekends). Our dog comes home exhausted, which we love. The indoor facilities are pretty plain, but the yards have fun things to jump and climb on. The dogs all seem to get along when I watch them out the window. We board our dog occasionally. Sometimes there are still issues here (we'll learn that our dog knocked over his water bowl, soaking his bedding, for example), but we still find it to be a good service, particularly because daycare is included in the price. They'll send us pictures of him while we're away if we request it. Their rates are roughly the same as Pampered Pets/Pet Paradise, the only real competition in town. The staff have gotten to know our dog and seem to love him as much as we do. Our favorites are Ashley (who moved here from Pampered Pets after the ownership change), Britney, and of course, Jennifer. What would take ATP to the next level is a stronger social media presence, and from what I hear, that's coming soon. It would also be cool if they had some type of reward card/package deal for doggy daycare. read more

I brought my dog here once or twice a month for almost a year. My dog has an extremely sensitive stomach and when I dropped her off for boarding, I labeled 6 bags for each meal, including meds. When picked up, the bags of dog food was still exactly where they left it, upstairs, not where the dogs go and eat their food. I asked what she was fed and they lied and said it was her food. Blatant lie when I'm staring at it. My dog had severe diarrhea, usually something that happens when her food is changed drastically. So on top of a boarding bill, I had to take her to the vet for emergency meds and pay another $200. They lost my business after lying to me and costing me another $200 to bring my dog to the vet for THEIR mistake. There are plenty of other options in town. Cleaner facilities and nicer folks. read more

We boarded our three dogs at "All Things Pawssible" for 8 days. We called the facility several times to check in on our dogs and were told they were fine. No mention of any issues. The day before picking them up we requested that they give all three dogs a bath. My daughter picked the dogs up on the day we returned from vacation and they did NOT mention any issues with the dogs. When my daughter arrived home our boxer was not her usual energetic self, she was lethargic and clearly something was wrong. We started to examine her and found that she was covered with a bright red swollen rash with oozing scabs. We immediately took her to the Veterinarian and they gave her a shot of cortisone and put her on antibiotics because her rash had turned into an infection. I called the facility and they denied seeing the rash even after giving her a bath that very day. I spoke to the owner of the facility and told her what happened and she agreed that the facility was negligent in not calling me and said that Kathy would pay for the vet bill. I gave them the number of the Veterinarian so they could call and speak to her. A few days later I called back and asked the owner when they were going to reimburse me and she said they decided not to because she didn't feel they were negligent. Not negligent??!..I'm not necessarily blaming them for the rash but per the vets diagnosis, it was virtually impossible that the rash happened that very day, so at the very least the Pawwsible technician was negligent in one of two ways. One, if the rash (which took up her entire stomach area as you can see by the attached photos) wasn't noticed while bathing her. Or two, if the rash was noticed and no one immediately called me or treat her rash that had subsequently turned into an infection. (In addition, our other dog came home with two abscesses on his back. We also took him to the vet, but fortunately the vet felt that it would go away with time.) Bottom line, ours dogs were not only NOT looked after while boarding at "All Things Pawwsible," they came out of 8 days care needing to go to the Veterinarian. In the future, I can assure you, I will not be boarding my dogs there or have them attend the day camp. This facility cannot be trusted to properly care for our animals. I've spoken with others in Charlottesville who have also had problems with this facility and have been told they've had similar experiences with poor care there. read more

All Things Pawssible - How could you not notice this on a dog that was boarded for 8 days and given a bath on the last day? - Pet Training Near Me - Charlottesville, Virginia

While our group training instructor was more than capable and definitely loved her job and the dogs, it seemed that maybe a group of more than three to five dogs was an intense situation for everyone (including the owners of said dogs.) We were taught some very effective techniques for controlling behavior in a calm and controlled way during walks, social and home situations (the situations in which many dogs become fearful and, thus, aggressive - i.e. doorbells and joggers). HOWEVER! The customer service here is - let's just say - not up to sniff (haha). I signed up and paid in advance for a four week training class for my two dogs and was happy with the service. Everyone was pleasant and the experience with the dogs was enjoyable - aside from the overwhelming scent of canine terror and excrement unsuccessfully masked by some knockoff version of Febreeze - but did give me a bit of a headache. Before the last week of our course the class was cancelled and we were told it would be rescheduled (inconvenient but perfectly reasonable.) Several weeks after, I was informed that class was scheduled to resume about 3 days later and that the class had been scheduled to recommence, which I would be unable to attend due to a prior commitment. The customer service at All Things Pawssible is not what one might expect from an otherwise reputable business. While they do seem to care for their animals, they don't seem to have the "people" thing down. The woman on the phone, who may or may not have been the owner - due to her unprofessionalism - was extremely rude, unwilling to try to rectify the situation and seemed rather noncommittal to seeing her patrons happy and her business succeed. read more

I have been taking my dog to All Things Pawssible for three years now, and I can't say enough good things about the place! We've done daycare, boarding and training at ATP, and all of those experiences have been pawsitive. DAYCARE: The first time we went after the eval, my dog (large, scary-looking GSDx) was a little shy/timid going into the big dog area. The staff was really patient in encouraging him to go play and were just genuinely caring. The only time my dog got a tiny cut on his nose from playing too rough with the other pups, the staff actually noticed it and told me about it - I was definitely impressed with that. The facility is indoor/outdoor and fairly large, so plenty of room for the dogs to run around and expend energy all day. BOARDING: ATP is a tad bit more expensive than other boarding options in town, but it's totally worth it to make sure that my dog is in good hands and gets to have fun while I'm out of town. The dogs all get their own kennels at night, and in the daytime they get to play with the other dogs. You just bring your own food and bedding, and they will take care of the rest. Make sure you book ahead for boarding - I usually try to call 2 weeks in advance and haven't had any problems getting a space. TRAINING: My dog completed the Intermediate/Adolescent course at ATP. No, taking a four-week course does not magically turn your dog into Lassie, but I did learn a lot about how to better communicate with my dog. During the course, the trainer (Karen) said that our goal should not be to have a dog who behaves perfectly all the time, but a dog who is fun to be around and not a danger to people or other dogs (sorry for the rough paraphrasing). I think that sums up the training philosophy at ATP fairly well, and that was very much in line with what I was looking for. I definitely noticed better communication with my dog after the course. All in all, a great place to go for doggie needs! I recommend ATP to any dog owner friends in Charlottesville. I am moving away soon and will be sad to leave ATP, and I hope that I'll be able to find a place half as good in my next city! read more

My puppy went to two grades of puppy school here and the training stuck. Karen (the owner) truly loves all dogs and can be a little bit of a tough love lady but will train some sense into your dog (and you - as many times we are the problems not the dog). I have had a few friends complain about their dogs failing puppy school but I doubt it was all the dog's fault. Karen is willing to work with you privately before and after class or other times to help you and your pup have a harmonious life together. My English Bulldog also went to doggie day care here a few times a week and all the staff are very loving and attentive. My dog is very heat-sensitive and in the summer she got lots of "pool time" in the kiddie pool and always came home happy and exhausted - which is what you're paying for :) read more

I have been taking my 12 year old miniature pinscher to ATP since he was 8 weeks old. We started with training classes with Karen and Sean and daycare. I moved outside of the area temporarily, so his visits became a lot less frequent, but I tried to bring him to daycare when I could. I started using them for boarding a couple years ago. My dog has never boarded anywhere else. I would not trust anyone to keep him like I do ATP. I love how he gets to go to daycare during the day so he isn't just in a kennel all day. I honestly feel like they know and love my dog. I really appreciate it and it puts me at ease. He has always loved going to daycare. I think the new facility is awesome but it is further away from us and much less convenient. As he has gotten older, he has gotten more lazy. But he still enjoys going, even if it is just to play periodically and lay around the rest of the time. I love ATP and would not take my dog anywhere else. read more

Just, wow! Karen the owner is a skilled trainer and helped us with the one issue we were having with our new adoped pup, Billy. The reason I am writing this this 5+ star review, and will be a dedicated customer to them for as long as we have pets, is the interaction we had today with Britney. The manager of the store when beyond above and beyond to help us with harness fitting and naviagting how to take care of the sores Billy developed on his harness. We have been bringing our dog, Sarge, here since he was 8 weeks old--he is now 4 years old. The training classes have been very helpful to learn how to manage a high-energy, work-driven dog. I love that they focus on positive reinforcement and allowing your dog to have a personality. Note: Sarge asked me to type this for him. I love this place because I get to see all my human and doggie friends. All I do is play and play all day at doggie day care. The minute I sense we are making the turn for ATP, I start whining with excitement. Then my mommy opens the door for me and I quickly break free to sit by the door so the fun can begin. I get to see all my cool friends and swim in the pool. I am little upset that they take the pools away in the afternoon--I would stay wet all day and soak mom's car on the way home. All the staff love me and take care of me while my mommy and daddy work. At the end of the day, I'm happy to go home nice and tired. I usually fall asleep during the car ride home. read more

I first brought my puppy to All Things Pawssible when he was 5 months old for day care. I was extremely nervous to drop him off anywhere because I am wayyyy overprotective of him. Well, those nerves were completely unwarranted because he absolutely LOVES this place. The second I park my car, he is ready to jump out and runs straight for the door. When it's time to leave (after getting a treat on the way out) I actually have to carry him out because he doesn't want to go. He comes home exhausted (which is quite an achievement). The workers are extremely friendly and I love hearing about how he did and any funny interactions he had that day. They are extremely attentive and somehow know all of the dogs names, which as a customer is extremely comforting. Overall, I know he is having a great time and being taken care of - I wish I could take him every day! read more

I should have listened to my gut feeling from all the previous reviews on here from previous customers. One, the handlers are not friendly at all. They are not courtious, they don't even smile. the only that was friendly, was the lady that did the pet interview. Second, my dog has always been healthy, more check ups in a year than is reccommended and was just checked up days before her first visit on Thursday, May 18, 2017. My dog has been to several other day care dog places around the nation as I am a Veteran of the Armed Forces so one thing that stuck out to me is very strange - ALL THINGS PAWSSIBLE does not require any documentation that a dog is up to date on shots. I asked if they needed documentation, they said no. They said if I had the time to just go online and put her due dates for shots. Well anyone can fib that up. I also didn't have the time, so proving your dog or other dogs there are up to date on shots, IS NOT REQUIRED HERE, but is at any other boarding place in the USA. What has been the outcome of my experience here, well, see the picture attached. The drive home, my dog laid down and wouldn't get up nor could in or out of my vehicle on her own. At first, I thought she was tired. Not the case. The following morning at 5am, my dog was whimpering in pain, but sitting still looking at me. I had a friend come get her and keep an eye on her all day long. She said that al day long, she laid and wouldn't move, eat, go outside etc. I picked her up Friday 5/19/17 from my friend after work and my dog could barely walk. I thought maybe heat exahustion, bc ATP only has an outside room and an inside room (that's not exactly much cooler than the temp outside). I was wrong. During the night, she wouldn't move, she didn't budge one cm on Friday night as she lays next to me in bed. This morning at 3am, I texted a friend who is a tech at a vet to come and see what she thought. My dog's temp was 105.8, way above even a high temperature. We rushed her to the vet hospital and the vet hospital ran every test you can think of, cancerious tests, ticks, etc. x rays looking for tumors, everything. Found nothing that was going on in her body. Said it could be an early stage of Kennel Cough. This dog, is not only my pet or best friend, it is a SERVICE ANIMAL, of which they are aware. My bill was way over $600. My BEST advise to you, would you really take your dog to a place that doesnt veryify if a dog is up to date on shots or could potentially have rabbies or anything? i wont, and I wont return. In fact, All things Pawssible will be finding theirself in small claims court with me. My dog was checked out 4 days prior to only day stay with them, they don't require documentation for vaccicinations and this is just unreal. If I'm lying, let the image of the receipt today show other wise as well as the message to my friend at 630 am on Friday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE. They are discourtious and do not require proof animals are up to date on shots. There's a reason why every other dog boarding place does, even Petco and PetSmart require proof of vaccinations before grooming an animal. All Things Pawssible really knows how to care for furry friends. We have taken our 8th month old puppy here several times for doggie daycare and boarding overnight once. After first I was really nervous to leave our baby anywhere, but after our first experience, my mind is always at ease when she's there. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, she gets super excited! She loves playing with other dogs, and she absolutely loves days spent at ATP! They have two rooms, one for "tater tots", puppies and smaller dogs, and another for larger dogs. The dogs are well-cared for and the trainers get to know your dog during his or her stay. The day is spend playing with other dogs, not penned up in a kennel. They feed each dog lunch one-on-one. They also have access to going outside throughout the day, so it doesn't interfere with potty training. I also love that you can look in on them from a window after they are taken back to make sure your pup is adjusting well. If you find that your dog gets too tired from playing, you can request that they take a break during the day. All Things Pawssible is an awesome place for dogs, and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! read more

I've been taking my dog, Molly, to ATP for about 4 months. We've taken advantage of doggy day care, training class and boarding. If you are one of those people who treat your dog like your child, then this is the type of facility you are looking for. You are paying for supreme quality care for your pet and this is what you receive. The day care classes are divided by size, all dogs are evaluated before being accepted, and all classes have a human attendant with them at all times. They also will feed your dog lunch if you bring food for them to do so. The classes trade between indoor and outdoor areas and Molly is EXHAUSTED every time we take her. They also offer nail trimming, baths, ear cleaning and grooming (certain days) that can be done while your dog is there. They also have viewing windows so you can observe your dog to ensure their enjoyment. The training classes are as much fun for the owners as they are for the people! I agree with a below comment that some of the feedback you receive is directed to the owner, but as the owner, it is your responsibility to train the dog. To address the comment posted by Elizabeth regarding vaccinations and vets: if you have human children, I'm sure you've read arguments about the pros and cons of vaccinating children. This is the same situation. The staff at ATP see hundreds of dogs and have years of experience. They definitely provide a different perspective on how you can care for your pet, but just as with children, it is your decision. I never felt that they were bashing anyone's decision about how to medically care for their dog. The boarding program is also fantastic. I had a family emergency and ATP was able to board Molly for 5 days unexpectedly and I purchased food from their retail area, Merrick brand, which is a great brand of dog food. I would definitely recommend calling ahead of time to make reservations. They also only allow dogs to board if they attend doggy day care within the past 30 days of their boarding-I see this as extremely positive because I feel confident that the other dogs at the facility have been well evaluated and are safe to be around my dog. I love this facility so much because I always feel 100% confident that Molly is safe and well cared for and the staff is so friendly and accommodating; they all obviously have extreme passion for dogs. read more

If you are one of those people that seriously considers your dog(s) as an equal member of the family, then this is the facility for you. If you don't have this crazy-person obsession with your pet, then you may not experience the same love that so many of their customers do. I've used ATP for daycare on a regular basis, dog walking, boarding and training and have had an extraordinary experience in all areas. The staff here is top notch; they LOVE dogs and treat yours like their own. Let me also tell you that I experienced an unforeseen tragedy and had to board my dog unexpectedly for about 7 days; I felt that ATP would have relocated the moon to help me out and have no worries during this time. I felt SO fortunate to have this connection with them during that time. Some of my favorite things about ATP are: The daycare program is divided into dog size and is monitored at all time. If your dog has a special need (i.e. just had surgery and can't mingle with the other dogs), they accommodate. My dog is EXHAUSTED after day care and sleeps until the next day, with the exception of dinner (1 year old dog). The staff knows my dog and is familiar with her mannerisms. The training classes are well organized and provide a great opportunity for socialization and learning as an owner. In response to the comment below regarding the "thumbs up, thumbs down" on dog food: my experience has been that ATP promotes grain free, high protein dog food, regardless of brand. They do sell dog food, such as Merrick brand, that they recommend if you need suggestions for wet or dry food that meet these requirements. The vets that I've interacted with agree that this the preferable diet for dogs. Furthermore, the purpose of going to a training class is for YOU, THE OWNER to learn ways to train and manage your dog. ATP is doing the job you're paying them to do by providing their opinion based on years of experience with dogs about the best way to care for them. For example, they are advocates about using a holistic vet, which I personally don't see value in; however, I would feel they were doing me a disservice if they didn't share their opinion. I could continue to tell you many more things that continues to grow my love for ATP, but it would take many more paragraphs. Do yourself (and your dog) a favor and give them a try! read more

Our dog has done training classes, boarding, and daycare with All Things Pawssible regularly for over a year now. We could not be more pleased with how they take care of our sweet girl. They feed her the lunch we pack, and inform us about any issues she had or any friends she made during the day. They change her play group as they see fit, noticing the needs of individual dogs. The whole staff seem to know her and us by name, and seem genuinely excited for her to be there. They are also accommodating to any date changes I have needed to make, or any other odd requests. I signed my puppy up for training here, and was given the wrong date to start training. In retrospect I'm glad, because when I showed up a week early for training, the facility was so dirty and unprofessional, and the smell of urine was so incredibly strong I left with a migraine after spending less than five minutes on the building. When I called to cancel the training and get my money refunded, I really had to (politely) push the owner as "they don't do refunds," even though this was never stated verbally or in writing when I paid for the class, nor had we actually received any services from them. They eventually agreed to refund, a three- phone-call ordeal. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, but would not recommend giving this company any business. read more

All Things Pawssible Day care, should not be where you should take your dog, I use to also work there so know a little bit, the kennels always stayed dirty, the floors are ripped up in the downstairs rooms, dirty bathrooms, they let any dog in as long as they get along with only 3 that day, another thing to worry about is the dog fights, the past year I was there, there have became more dog fights in the room. The managers are rude, don't do what they say, are always late, and not good trainers. The owner also very rude Jennifer would yell and curse at her employees, she would also talk about employees behind there back to the manager. All the way around I would not recommend your dog to come here. read more

All Things Pawssible has been so amazing for our puppy, Bennett! The daycare staff does an excellent job of helping to socialize your dog and they even take the time to practice skills recall with them during the day. The dogs play all day long, sending you home with a very tired pup. Ashley and the other front desk staff are incredibly friendly and know pretty much all the dogs by name. We also completed Puppy 101 and 201. Britney did a great job of catering the classes to the dogs and giving everyone lots of individual attention. When Bennett was being really stubborn in class, she stayed after on multiple occasions to offer tips, treats, encouragement, and even helped me find a better harness for him. I took the introductory training class with my two year old lab mix. The training was in a group setting with knowledgeable staff that offered insight and great suggestion in each class. Treats were conveniently provided for each training session, and the class was held weeknights. Class size was large but did offer individual attention despite the size. Overall the training has worked - it is over a year later and I still receive complements on my dog's behavior when we are in public. Highly recommended. read more

I've been taking Clover to ATP's daycare once a week for about 4 months. She loves it and most of the staff know her by name now. They've watched her grow from a small pup in the Tots room to a bigger pup in the big dogs room. I've been bringing my puppy to All Things Pawssible for about a year now- from when he was 8 weeks to now 13 months or so. It is the absolute best place for pet daycare, boarding or training. It is not anything fancy but guaranteed your dog will love this place. My pup is always so excited to go and play with his friends (both canine and human). When home after a day of play in daycare, he will often sleep the rest of the night. I always try to come pick him up a little early to see him playing- he is always out and about, tail wagging. There's a few outside and indoor locations or large rooms where dogs can be dogs. The separate rooms allow the trainers to only have a small group to look after in each room and mix the right set of personalities. They know dog lingo and I trust them to protect my pup should anything ever happen (nothing has). He even comes home knowing new tricks like sit, wait, paw, etc. from his time in daycare. A month or so in I decided to officially take him to a training class to understand all his new tricks and improve upon them. The best part was that the entire time he had his goofy golden retriever grin and his tail did not stop wagging. As a bonus he is an expert at sit and paw and down. It makes me so happy to know that I've found a place where my dog can be his natural happy and healthy self while I work / travel. They are flexible with your schedule and most of all I know they have so much love for all their silly doggie guests. All Things Pawssible has been a blessing in my life. I took my 8 month old Corgi to ATP last Saturday, 12/2/17, for his assessment and my experience was interesting. I arrived and nobody was at the front desk. I waited for 5-8 minutes before calling the office. Somebody answered and stated they were walking a dog and will be right in. When They arrived it seemed as if nobody knew of the appointment I had make 4 days prior. It happens, I get it. My time there was satisfactory. We decided that my dog should try a Saturday visit before agreeing to 2 days a week. I paid for the following week and went on my way. I went today, Saturday 12/8/17, I arrived at 9:45a and a lady was very rude. She stated all dogs MUST be checked in before 9a and it was stated on the paper work. Granted, I never signed any forms stating drop off times or rules. I called them yesterday stating if we were to get as much snow as called I would have to push the visit back a week. During this call it was never mentioned drop off time requirements. When this lady told me my dog needed to be there by 9, I told her nobody had relaid that information to me nor have I signed any forms. She said it was okay and not a problem and took my dog to the room he would be in. When she returned She apologized and stated she was late for a training class. I asked for a form to review and she could not find it and stated she would get it together and when I picked my dog up it would be ready. At 3:30p I went to pick my dog up. When I arrived nobody was at the front desk. I wanted for 10 minutes before I called the office. It went to voice mail after 5 rings. I tried calling 4-5 times before I went through the door for access to the daycare rooms and knocked on the door where my dog was located. Nobody opened the door. I went to the other door on the opposite side where a window is to get somebody's attention. I got a young girl named Raven's attention, she asked me "what do you want?" I replied "my dog, Chief." She then bright my dog out while letting the other 6 dogs out in the process. I expressed to her I had been waiting and called the office 4-5 times and had a form to fill out. She then stated that she was a dog handler and when she arrived for her shift nobody was at the desk either so she went into the room with the other puppies as per her usual shift. I took my dog and left. I am very disappointed with this entire encounter. I understand an out of the blue Saturday assessment appointment causing confusion. However, the customer service I experienced today is unacceptable and unprofessional and I will not be taking my dog back to ATP. Similar to childcare, people expect top of the line care for their pets and this was an absolute terrible experience. read more

My dog went to a basic obedience class here, and we both had a good experience. Karen was really helpful and would address any individual problems we were having with our dogs or general questions before class each week. Also, the larger dogs got to go outside and play together during the break, which helped my lab burn off some of her extra energy! read more

Really enjoyed the thoughtful and caring attitude of everyone at All Things Pawssible-Karen and the staff were all really great. I have a hyper but lovable mini poodle and appreciated the thought and effort put into her basic obedience class. They make you feel comfortable and I appreciated their positive reinforcement training techniques. Highly recommended. Plan to go back for day care if she ever needs it and further training, my dog is my child I would feel very comfortable leaving my baby with them. read more

Don't take your dog here! Karen Quillen spends a lot of her classes trying to get you to buy extremely expensive dog food. She is extremely rude to clients and I've never seen anyone be so rude to their employees. I'd hate to see how she acts when clients aren't around. When things go wrong the owners do not take responsiblity and instead throw their staff under the bus. Take a look at TG's review, instead of covering the cost of the bill themselves, they tell their client that their EMPLOYEE will cover the bill. Thats not how a buisness works, you can't do that. They take in too many dogs for the staff to manage and the owners themselves are rarely there. At first glance it seems like a wonderful place but when you really pay attention you realize that it's overcrowded and unhealthy and not clean. They don't believe that dogs need to be vaccinated and I know for a fact that at least two dogs have passed away due to their poor care and over crowding. Dealing with the owners (Sean and Karen) is awful. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! DO NOT TRUST THESE OWNERS! read more

I took my extremely sweet American Bulldog here for an interview to see if they would accept him. We were inside the building for 2 minutes before they kicked us out and didn't give our dog a chance. I ended up boarding him at someone's house who had 10, if not more, dogs around him at all times and he had no problems and made best friends. He has no aggression issues with dogs at all and loves all people he meets yet they stated that they didn't feel safe with him because of his breed. Didn't even give him a chance. read more

I used to take both my dogs to ATP at least once a week, even dating back to when they had their facility on Henry in the city. Unfortunately, an air of arrogance seems to have infiltrated the establishment. Their customer service attitude and approach has been totally corrupted in my opinion. They began to treat us almost as if we were not paying for the services, like they were performing some kind of unmatched favor that could be taken away at any moment. If it wasn't for shear convenience (I live about a mile away), I would've stopped taking my dogs there months ago. It wasn't until after a completely unprofessional staff member berated my fiancé in front of other customers for having the dogs dropped off on the "wrong day" that I finally decided to quit giving them $300/month for their services. I would also like to note that previous posts about the sanitation of the facility appear to be at least somewhat accurate. It always smelled disgusting in there, in the mornings and evenings. Both my dogs have suffered infections and kennel cough that almost definitely came from their stay at the facility. Here's a tip for those of you wishing to get off the heroin that is ATP : spend more time with your dogs instead of dropping them off at this day care mill. They are much more appreciative of time in free, open spaces like parks as well as play dates with familiar friends. It doesn't seem that my pups are missing the piss-infested astro-turf too much these days. read more

First I noticed the terrible odor of the place and wondered why the inside would smell so strongly of urine and feces. I hoped I had just got them on a bad week, but it smelled the same week after week. Then we met the owner/trainer, who was not the nice person I had spoken to over the phone and who had convinced me to sign up for a puppy class. This woman was rude, starting with getting everyone in a big circle and berating us for our choices of food (unless we were purchasing her organic overpriced dog food) and then for vaccinating our pets as required by law. I should have just left then, but I figured it could only get better, but I was wrong. Every week I dreaded going back there. The trainer was so rude! And she could not remember what she'd already taught us. Once she started playing a song on the radio and we all looked at her, waiting for instruction. She starts yelling at the entire group "OBVIOUSLY OUR OWNERS HAVE NO BETTER ABILITY TO REMEMBER THAN THEIR DOGS DO!" She had wanted us to demonstrate something for her on cue, but she hadn't taught us that yet! read more
