Bought an OLED switch and a game for my girlfriend and got sold a faulty game and was told I could not get money back. As the conversation went on, I tried to ask for the owner because the woman was getting hostile and was making me uncomfortable about the situation especially with it only being the two of us on the floor. When asking for the owner or as was told her husband because I felt it inappropriate to argue with an older woman, I was told to get the fuck out of the store and some random guy (not her husband/owner) comes from the back saying she can do what she wants and I am a liar escalating the situation. When she checked the game, she pulled out a working copy in my face and proceeded to try and lie to my face saying I didn't buy a faulty game and even was confronted about that. read more

They usually have something I want every time I go in there, and when they don't I like to pick something else. They have a bunch of games and collectible figures that satisfy my gremlin trinket box. The prices on stuff is pretty decent too and almost every time I come in they have some new stuff in stock. I've bought a few DS' from there in really good condition for a fair price. The staff is always really friendly and are great with helping you pick things for your gaming collection :D read more

I went in there not expecting much but to my surprise, they had a few older games I haven't seen in most retro game stores. I was shocked to see they had the turntables for DJ Hero (Which are hard to find) and at a very cheap price! Will definitely go back and get more classic titles! P.S. The games people say are overpriced are surely classics that can't be found pretty much anywhere or classic games still in the box and never opened. read more

They give you way less on your trade-ins than GameStop which we all know is practically nothing and they over price most of there products. PS5 digital system is $400 new and they were selling it for $480 used! Not even gonna mention the off over priced items I saw!! There are other games store not too far that are so much better with trade-ins and pricing! read more

I read this place would have a decent amount of games, and it did but most were a ton of duplicates . There were a ton of sport titles on the retro games, and shovelware from PS2 and up to the current. Prices were okay at best, but high for some of the games. You might find something if you come here one in awhile, but don't hold your breath. read more

Selection seems to be only games that no one wants for older systems and the games that they do have that are decent are marked up way high. On top of that I was in the store for 4 minutes before I had to leave bc the guy there was eating his lunch so disgustingly loud I had to book it. I can still hear him chewing. I came in to buy a controller since our dog chewed the one we had . I brought it back because my fiancé stated it wasn't working right when playing 2k it wasn't letting him release the ball . The staff member asked me if he knew how to play the game correctly . He plays the game every damn day ! I felt insulted after he then looked up the directions on how to play the game after I told him it was the right thumb stick . Did he not think I knew what I was talking about because I am a female ?
