When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. I spent over $60 for a bouquet that looked like it was thrown together with a lot of filler and not the amount of flowers that were depicted in the picture. When I called the florist to discuss my unhappiness, the person I spoke with sounded bothered. She searched for my order and was "unable to locate it".
