I have been everything from a Gurney patient to wheelchair to walking on my own. This place was a life saver for me at first. They drivers were in some cases not what I would call friendly or helpful especially during the rainy season when I arrived for a 4 hour dialysis treatment in a gurney soaking wet and freezing cold because the company does not provide drivers with covers to keep water off patients. The vans also were broken making someone with difficulty standing sit in a chair that collapses when you try to use it to stand up is no fun at all. The drivers had to also in some cases supply all medical kits in case of a bleed and cleaning supplies from their own homes. Armando and Camilla were the only reason I kept using this service as long as I did. The dispatchers were inept blamed drivers constantly for their screwups and in particular the bosses son seriously had an attitude problem that ultimately led to my abrupt cancellation. This was compounded upon requests being ignored for good drivers who spoke at all and didn't drive like maniacs. Constantly late leaving me exhausted after long treatments waiting up to and over an hour many times. I was left feeling like a burden because the path to my home isn't the most accessible in a wheelchair or gurney and had to wait sometimes an hour for new drivers to assist because of pure laziness. This cut my treatment times and affected my health which is unacceptable. I needed help not another headache. They get two stars only because the world of medical transport is totally ridiculous as far as charges and scheduling and they were competitive with service some of the time. I only wish I could have cancelled them directly instead of through my provider because I would have held court on Hye or Mike or whatever his name is that his attitude with me was the reason I stopped and I hope he never has to be in a situation where he needed help like I did but he could stand to learn a thing or two about caring for people and applying that to his service oriented goals. The sad thing is I would probably use them again if needed because the other companies out there are even worse. This is a great business opportunity for anyone with a little care for people and some start up money and organizational skills because the market is desperate for better. read more

As someone new in the experience of needing wheelchair support, I was apprehensive to know what to expect. I have had 2 appointments with the company and hope to have more before my mandated transfer to a competitor. My driver and van supervisor was a young , vivacious , very positive gentleman that placed direction and special care directives for his apprentice partner. I felt very safe and assured that I would be taken care of. Colton possessed a "Can Do " attitude that I rarely see in the medical industry , and for me having experience in High Profile Customer Service ( service agent w/ Virgin Air) , my Barr is set very high, especially when it comes to safety and on- time performance. The finish to the first ride was the highlight as they carried me up two flights of stairs in my wheelchair My 2nd trip was intervened by Colton , his apprentice and Hike. They shown early to see if they would escort me down to the van. Their pleasant and fun demeanor made it a pleasure to be served by them. My ending point was by my mistake, I had left my cell phone and medical materials at the hospital and had no way to recover the item. Colton was contacted later in the day and he served to personally deliver the items on his own time and graciously left with a " have a wonderful good night " I have already reported to Kasier about this service and hope that their competitors take notice of their excellent attention and care. read more

This is the first time we have needed transport assist for my 104 year old recently bedridden gramma. I called a few other companies who were going to charge $1000 round trip for Thanksgiving transport. I couldn't believe how rude a few of the companies were and how unprofessional others were. We finally decided upon this company and were very pleased with our decision. The drivers were terrific and took great care of my little gramma. We will definitely use this company again if the need arises. read more

So I'm doing this review because one of the drivers this company has working for them is very disrespectful. He was driving the company van and almost back up in to my car. I got out and told him he needs to be careful because the van he is driving is very big and he can cause a accident. Instead of apologizing like a normal person would he starts cussing at me. I don't want to get in to detail with what he was calling me but he called me a bitch and pussy. When he reacted like this i got the company information. He looked like he was going to rush towards me and attack me. This driver was very rude and he represents this company. The van number is 19 license plate number 76009v1. I called the company and have them my information the owner hasn't contacted me yet and it was over a week ago. I wouldn't ever want some like that driving me around. I would never recommend this company just because they have employees that act like a gangster from the street. read more

ON-TIME FAST PROFESSIONAL HELPFUL My 82 year old mother in-law needed gurney service to the local Santa Monica DMV, and All Town Transport handled it quickly and professionally the whole way. At the DMV my mother in-law rode the gurney all the way through, and then back home. Their men were very nice and caring. Exceptional service and value ! I am a health care provider and I have a client who I take to dialysis on certain days. Recently she became a double Amp.because of her condition the family wanted her to be handled gently...I made the request and CASEY & JAMES made this transition so easy. Not only when they picked her up but when they delivered her to the facility as well...These gentleman were very ACCOMODATING, CAREFUL and COURTEOUS ...they showed genuine concern. Many thanks to Escobar (driver) and Pena (team member) who helped transport my 76-year-old father-in-law on 11/2/2017 from one nursing facility to another. Upon arrival, with my mother-in-law also riding in the van, they were told by the nursing home staff that my father-in-law could not be admitted and did so in a very less than courteous manner. Escobar remained calm all throughout the ordeal and went out of his way to reassure my mother-in-law that everything will be fine. This meant a lot to me and my husband. Escobar then called his manager to give him an update. Sensing that this could escalate to something even more serious very quickly, Escobar's manager called the nursing home's senior staff directly. In the end, they finally admitted my father-in-law and was apologetic. Thanks again to All Town Transport for taking care of my family!!!! There are many nice transport people who work for All Town - Benny, Dennis and Joseph are awesome. However, there are two Armenian guys, in particular, who truly ruin my day on a regular basis. They are ALWAYS late (with no reason provided) and ALWAYS rude and their van reeks of cigarette smoke. It is truly so frustrating and upsetting - and trying to speak to management doesn't help at all. read more

Nursing home made arrangements w/this Extremely Unprofessional company. Late, bumpy ride, bald, Middle Eastern driver tried to jack prices up once he dropped us off at Kaiser. Disgusting driver will tell you to pay $120-180 (1-1.5 hr appt.) MORE to him in cash (he doesn't have receipt forms though) due to "add'l fees" since they are hanging out in area during your medical appt. even though they get dispatched to other jobs during your appt. Female partner with scumbag told me she was leaving this job because she was sick of watching this driver rip-off people who were sick and already paying too much to get to medical appts. Refused to pay crooked driver's scheme & told driver we wouldn't finish job w him if they didn't stick to quote. Reported immed to nursing home and All Transport dispatch number - Dispatch stuck to their quote minus $6 for my trouble. AVOID. read more

Transport was to pick up my very frail mother at 2 p.m., then we were told they'd be there by 2:30. At 3:00 I asked the SNF supervisor what happened to the transport and was told she'd check with them again, and were told they would be there within 40 minutes! I wanted them to call another company to transport my Mom, but it was too late in the day to order a different transport. Once the drivers arrived, there was no apology for their being over 1 1/2 hours late. They were courteous, though they were a bit careless going thru the doorway and Mom's fragile arm could have been injured if I hadn't put her arm back on the gurney, rather than hanging out over the side where it would have hit the entry door of the facility. I would not use them again because of their lack of customer service and disregard for their customers' time. I gave them two stars because the drivers were courteous. Not a good company to leave your loved ones to. read more
