Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service. I tried to book online, but their online system kept having errors, so I had to call the office to book. I gave all my information very clearly to the woman who answered the phone, including pick up and drop off location, type of car I was requesting, time. All seemed to be going smoothly, until the pick up. A van was sent instead of a regular car, when I had specifically requested a regular car, and had also specified this several times over the phone. I had no need for a van with wheelchair access, so I did not want to pay the extra rate for this type of vehicle. I asked the driver, but he was unable to provide any information and that he was just doing as he was told. Since I was unable to get a hold of the office and was being discharged, I had no option but to get in the car. I assumed that this was the only vehicle they had available at the time but that I would still be charged the rate for the regular car, since that was my original request. Few days later I receive an invoice that they charged me for the van. Sent several emails asking why I was charged for a van when I requested a regular car. 0 response. Will have to take this up with my credit card company. read more

They were prompt and were familiar with the Pasadena Endoscopy Center. All that went without a hitch, however, I'm taking off a couple points for the way they processed payment. I never give my card numbers over the phone but I figured it was alright since they were regulars to the center. Yeah, big mistake. I would caution against giving credit card info over the phone to ANYONE. There should be an electronic process to ensure the security of your information. I'm saying this because a few days afterwards a slew of fraudulent charges were attempted online using my credit card numbers. Luckily my Apple Card alerted me and immediately rejected the charges. BUT I had to go through a process to cancel and get a new card. So, PLEASE insist they process your credit card electronically and not over the phone. read more

What a great company! Professional-I called and the woman who answered the phone was able to schedule my ride from the hospital immediately...none of this I'll call you back later or I need to look at a schedule...she had everything right there. Prompt-They were on time after my procedure and kept in communication with me and the hospital. Courteous-The woman on the phone was very nice and was able to answer my questions and put me at ease that the driver would be there on-time. The driver was kind and friendly making sure I got into the car safely. The car was clean and air-conditioned. He dropped me off exactly where I wanted with no issues at all. His driving was very safe and smooth. I asked for my receipt via online and they were able to procure it for me within less than 30 minutes of requesting it! You can choose from a Medic van or a car/minivan...which in my case was great as I am not in a wheelchair or gurney. A class act all the way! These are crazy times! But EZ Trans made this experience as easy as possible for my family. Mom was discharged from the hospital after knee surgery and Seda and her staff made this an easy process. They provided transportation, wheelchair, and a ramp to get her into our home and honestly they did a fantastic job. You can't be picked up before 9am you can't have any appointments that is after 2pm as they stop picks at 3pm.

This is an excellent company. My mother feels so blessed to have them in her life. Ruben her driver is outstanding and always goes above and beyond for her. Although my mom is a bariatric patient which can be challenging Ruben has never made her feel like that. He makes her feel like it is super easy to transport her and that she is a pleasure to help and not a burden. She looks forward to him transporting her 3x's a week. His vehicle is always clean and in excellent condition. He is on time for both pick-up and to return home. He is the best driver ever. So grateful that this establishment was able to help get my dad to his doctor's appointment. It was scheduled very last minute, but the driver was actually ahead of time. The girl I spoke with on the phone was friendly and the driver was very pleasant as well. Overall it was a great experience. The price was fair. I did some looking around and for the service the provide their prices are excellent. Will definitely use again! Update: so I used this service again. I once again made a last minute appointment, this time it was actually made the same morning of the appointment, last time it was made 1 day before. The reason it was so last minute was because we thought insurance was going to cover transportation this time, and discovered this morning that there was an issue. So I called early in the morning and was told they could help us, no problem. For the previous ride it was $170. For today's ride the office we went to is a bit closer and I knew the appointment wouldn't take as long, so I expected it would be less than $170. I was wrong...the driver this time around was 14 minutes late. Not a big deal, but late is late. He takes us to the appointment which was quick and brings us back and I'm told it's $195. I was confused and so was he, so he called the office. He handed me the phone and the woman proceeded to tell me that they charge more when rides are scheduled on the same day. There is a $45 charge. She then tells me she gave me a bit of a discount, but that literally makes no sense. For his first appointment I was quoted $140. The driver waits for up to an hour at no additional charge, but it costs $40 for each additional hour which is prorated depending on how long the appointment takes. We ended up being charged $170 because the appointment took close to 2 hours. In this case the appointment was less than an hour, I timed it. From start to finish it was 49 minutes. So if they charged me $140 plus an additional $45, how do they come up with $195? And in what world is that a discount? Anyway, when I told the woman that I was not quoted an extra charge, she said sorry and left it at that. I was so flustered in the moment that I didn't even think about the fact that I was overcharged by $10. Not impressed this time. Had I been told it was going to cost more, I would have rescheduled the appointment. I need transportation for him tomorrow as well and it's a shame that I no longer want to use this company. read more

Amazing! They helped my family transport my dad on a wheelchair to my wedding. They were one of the few transport companies that operated on Sundays, serviced non-medical events, and drove across multiple regions of Southern California. I was referred to this company by one of their competitors. My usually non-emergency medical Transport was booked for the day I needed them. I used E-Ztrans today to transport my 94 year old Mother to Dignity Health in Glendale. The charge was $165.00 for 1 hour and an additional $40.00 for another hour.(they pro-rate) She was picked up from her home in LA earlier than expected. Greg was our driver. He was very friendly and professional. He told me that when my Mom is done with her appointment just call dispatch and he will be there in 5 minutes. He was right on time and never left the area. I really like that because we didn't have to wait 30 minutes or more. I will use this company again. read more

The scheduling process & the driver who came to pick me up for a dental appointment were great. However I had asked abt how vans were being cleaned due to COVID-19 & assured they were being disinfected etc. The van I was in had so much grime on cup holders etc i wasn't sure how well they cleaned anything. The seats had a cloth cover on top. I'm not sure how well that can be disinfected with just a spray compared to a cover that can be wiped down w disinfectant. And given the condition of the cup holders etc unsure how thoroughly cleaning was being done anyway. It may be fine during regular times but I didn't feel great using it in a pandemic situation. read more

I recently used EZ Trans on May 24, 2018 to have my mother transported from LAX to Culver City. I had first been quoted $90, and then they said that it would cost $135.00. I agreed and was happy to do so, based upon the importance of the service. The plane was delayed, and I was in contact with the company during the wait, and they assured me it was not a problem. We got my mother home and both she and I tipped the driver in appreciation $30. Never was it mention, nor authorized, that my credit card would be charged an additional $30 for wait time. I can appreciate the added charge, but was extremely dissatisfied to only find out about the added fee when my bank statement came in. No one ever mentioned it to me. I think that it was very unprofessional of the business to not explain this policy to it's customers in advance. I budget my money very tightly and the extra withdrawal (without my knowledge) caused me financial damage. I called the company once I discovered the extra charge, and they said that they always discuss this in advance with the customer. I assured them that they had most definitely not, and told them which employee I dealt with. They said they would move the complaint up the chain and call me back. They never did. EZ Trans, please follow through and act upon your assurances. You certainly let me down. read more
