Was great at the start. Put in a new hot water tank quickly, replaced some water turn offs, and replaced piping under a sink. Unfortunately, 6 months later the sink began to leak where he put in new pieces. I've been contacting him via text for 4 months. At first he replied and said he'd put me on a list but that was 3 months ago. Now he won't respond to my texts. I feel that he should stand behind his work for 6 months and I shouldn't have to find someone else to fix this. So I have a bucket under my sink and am very frustrated with their service. read more

Competent, knowledgeable, great service. Very responsive. Willing to troubleshoot over the phone with us. We hired them for interior plumbing leaks, furnace, drain issues and installing water filtration. Things get done the right way! Highly recommend. read more

I found it very refreshing to find someone other than the "BIG fleet" companies to install my domestic water heater. Mike was very helpful with providing a very competitive quote and expediting the installation. Within 3.5 hours of the initial call, the new tank was installed and all cleaned up like he was never here. Brian (the installer) was very professional and personable.
