When I contacted Larry about the seats not working his answer was the seats didn't include the control module which is the brain that makes the seats work. Why didn't he tell me that when I bought the seats? I had to remove the seats and install the module from my old seats. I asked for a discount off the price of the seats since I they didn't have modules, but he refused. How can you sell something that doesn't work that's missing a key component? I had…read moreissues with my traction control and when I walked in, I told them my situation and they offered to give me a free diagnosis (apparently I am not ver knowledgable about cars bc they were confused what the issue with my car was haha). After the diagnosis they told me the issue with my car and gave me their prices. Every other place I went to charged at least $20 or more. I came back after my price exploration and chose to go with Tokyo. The best part of my visit was that they directed me to a few body shops with the best prices to install my car part. Great customer service and my car is still running beautifully!
