We talked with several contractors and received a few bids to complete the work. We chose Remodel Masters because of their detailed bid and competitive price. Another incentive to us was the 4-6 week timeline and able to start the project quicker than we anticipated. First day on site Randy and his crew laid out the walls and met with us to discuss what we could expect for the project. We had a few minor changes to the plan (added Tile for the bathroom and extended to the footprint a bit). They were flexible and very receptive to our design changes. The progress they made each day was impressive and when design questions or issues came up, Randy explained our options and any costs we may incur. Pricing for necessary and elective change order items were fair and well explained. In the end the project came in near our allowed budget number and completed in five weeks as promised. We are very pleased with our new space. From the framing to the tiling all of the work was done by the Remodel Master team. The level of detail that they put into their work was beyond our expectations.

Hunter drew up the plans based on our specs on his iPad. We were able to select the materials, colors and the full plan. There was also an agreement drawn up that protected both us and his company. This was a great way to build trust and peace of mind that the project would be completed on time. We also needed a gate added to our chain link fence on one side of the House. I wanted a double gate, and I wanted to use some of the materials that I already had from a previous project. Hunter drew up the plans for the gate, and the price was much less than we expected. We were very impressed that we wouldn't have to wait until next year for these projects to be completed, as most contractors were booked out that far. We are extremely satisfied with the way everything turned out. We use our deck every day, and our dog loves sitting in bed and looking out the sliding door to see what's going on. Now we can just let her out the door instead of walking across the length of the house to let her out to do her business. Both Hunter and his crew were extremely professional. They always cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. The work was done with care and attention to detail. The deck is sturdy, attractive and we've gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors!
