They told me once the work was done, to plug my car in to make sure it was working correctly. It wasn't. The tech was cold and in a hurry to leave-- making zero attempts to solve the problem. Instead, stating "it's probably because your car is fully charged", as to why the charger was not indicating it was charging. I ran the battery down on my vehicle, to attempt charging again. However, the charger still did not indicate it was charging, when plugged in. Bickimer expected me to troubleshoot the issue myself, asking me to flip the breaker, and when that didn't work, telling me to open the charger up and make sure everything was how it should be. After telling them I was uncomfortable doing that, they agreed to come out and address the issue. That agreement was quickly negated when they decided they THINK the issue is within the charger itself, and not a problem with the install. To which, they say they will need to wait for the replacement part, and to let them know when it comes, and then they will come back to fix the issue. A little over a week later, the part arrived, I reached out to Bickimer to get the charger fixed--now they want $295 to do so! So now, unless I pay an additional $295, I'm stuck with an EV charger, hardwired into my home that does not fully function, and will not indicate whether it is charging or not. In addition to this-- Bickimer is very unprofessional. The techs did not arrive until nearly 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time-- no notice given. Once things go south, Spencer will refer to you however he wants and blame it on talk to text. Good luck getting Mike to hold a conversation and face the situation. He'll leave it to his front desk girl, Briana, who is so disorganized that she'll reach out to you several times to schedule, once you're already scheduled. Don't get me started on the mess they left behind on my wall! I highly suggest you don't spend your hard earned dollars at this company, and advise your clients not to spend theirs here either!

They were responsive on Yelp with Request-A-Quote, and while a notch higher than some others, I figured what the hell. They could have someone out same day and the reviews looked great. The tech was later than expected (4-6 p.m. window and arrived closer to 6:30) which wasn't ideal as we had sat down to dinner. Fortunately the job was small and he was quick to handle it. To me it's a lot like calling a plumber; it's going to cost you, but you know it's going to be done right. Galvin seemed professional in how they booked and assigned the electrician. Inept technician & customer Service. Called Anthony to help install a smart thermostat. I had…read moretried installing and it didn't want to power up with the normal wiring scheme, but would with the included power adapter that came with the thermostat. We had also called to have our A/C checked out as well and they told us that had to be 2 DIFFERENT technicians, EACH with a $150 service charge. Don't really understand how someone who is qualified to work on the electrical components of an A/C condensor is not qualified to connect a thermostat, but... The apparent "special" Technician for the thermostat arrived when I was not at home, but I spoke with him over the phone and described the issue where the thermostat would not power up with the standard 5-wire configuration, but would when using the 4-wire adapter. He looked into it and called me back a short time later that said that they Anthony PHCE charges $500 to install a smart thermostat. I just wanted it done so agreed. Once I arrived home I found out from my wife that they technician claimed the smart Thermostat was broken and that he couldn't install it and put the old thermostat back on. He said it shouldn't need the adapter and because it didn't work with the normal wiring it must be broken. Never mind that I told him exactly what he found over the phone before he began. Despite not completing the job we called them for, that didn't stop him from charging us the $500! Fast Forward a couple of months I decided to give it another shot myself and just to start from a clean slate I spend $15 to replace the wire from the furnace to the thermostat. AMAZING, that made it work. Turns out the "5th" wire must have been damaged so it wasn't getting power. Very sad that a special technician for performing this specific type of work didn't even know how to check for a broken wire. When I called them to request a refund for at least the Thermostat installation (I was fine with paying for the service call since they did come out), I explained the situation to 2 different people. They told me the Service Manager would review it and get back to me. Once I did receive the call, they told me that they would not refund any portion. I explained the whole situation again and the gentleman commented that is not what the people I had previously spoken too wrote down. They took it back to the Service Manager who again refused the refund on the basis that I did not let them come out again to fix it. Why in the world would I call back incompetent people who could not diagnose something as simple as a broken wire? Furthermore, I didn't know what the problem was myself until I fixed it, so there is nothing to call them back for. Based on Anthony PHCE's obsurdly high prices, duping people into paying multiple service calls and still charging people for work their "professionals" could not complete, I am amazed anyone uses their services.
