Rather the delivery driver left with the shirts we paid for (still haven't received the shirts). I called the company to kindly explain but they also had a horrible unprofessional attitude. Very disappointing people do business like this. Rule of thumb if you're going to be upset about providing delivery services then don't offer delivery services .... I'm not sure what's so difficult about taking an elevator up to our suite. If parking is an issue we're more than happy to pay valet to keep the car in the ramp.

Never recommend businesses that don't have courtesy... I called for a quote and to find out what…read moretheir hours and process were. Super rude and unprofessional ESPECIALLY when it's a Christmas item that was ordered specifically because I was told I could get it embroidered here on said day. Don't give them your business.

I am not the first person they've done dirty, and them buckling down, trying to paint me as dishonest when they have been EXTREMELY rude to me at every level, including my phone call today, I am making sure that every Mason I speak to knows to give this company a wide berth!

I got an email from Jaci Plask stating she was just informed of my unhappy experience. She immediately refunded the full price to my credit card. She also stated they were remaking the shirt and would be sending it to me in consideration for all my trouble. I just received the remake and it is perfect! This is definitely a shirt I can wear with or without a jacket and the embroidery is very well done. I have to give them a better rating; they made a mistake, owned it, and made it right again with an additional gift. I recommend their services. I would now give them a five star review.
