Funny thing is after initially going to go to Nordstrom I stopped on my way to the other stores to Pelle Line Shoes. The representative promptly greeted me and assisted me. He even told me that most of the other retailers in the mall send people to his store for the exact reason. After selecting a belt I had to check the others, I did and just like he said - I ended up back at Pelle Line and bought the belt and shoe tree cedars. The experience was great. The gentleman was patient and treated me great. I am glad I stopped by.

I then noticed this gorgeous purse displayed behind the register that I just had to have. I then remembered I had a couple of gift cards that would pay for most of that purse so I used those. Again, the staff went to the bag to search and retrieve a brand new purse instead of the display. The prices were very reasonable for an outlet. The store was clean and tidy. While I was in the store no one (there were two people working the floor) greeted me nor asked me if I needed any help or assistance. When I went to the checkout area, there was no one at the registers...all of them were unattended, after about 1-2 minutes, this lady with the name tag Nana (Alyanah on the sales receipt), came and processed my purchase. No Hello, No words, no Nothing....what a lousy customer service....What a miserable way to spend your days working in a place that you don't like......
