Last week, I waited on the phone for an extended period of time to be assured that my order was in process and would definitely be delivered in time for the start of school. It is now the following week. I've been on the phone twice today for hours. I've been told that they don't even have the items in-stock to make my order. The agent I spoke to sent me a text and said he would get back to me in 1.5 hours. Never heard back from him and follow-up messages were ignored. Am now back on hold (number 22 in line), and have been waiting for over 42-minutes already. I want to get this order canceled and my (hefty) bill refunded, but am unfortunately left scrambling because school starts next week. Unacceptable and would absolutely not recommend.
