The first project I did was for 2 windows in our bathroom that rotted out. We are eventually going to replace all the windows with vinyl. Ivan came out and measured absolutely perfect and he was amazing. If I do any more work with these people I want him to come back. It took a couple months for the windows to come in and were rescheduled after they were scheduled and it took them a month to get back on the books. This isn't easy to deal with when you work full time. The 2nd project was a custom bathroom window. Lord this was a nightmare. Kevin came to do the quote for a custom awning block window. It took several weeks for the project manager to come & measure. Several weeks passed and heard nothing so I called and then they tell me the block window company went out of business after I paid $1700 deposit. So then it takes forever to get someone to say they can do a custom slider. Fine. I ordered this back in Oct 2023. They were supposed to install in December and the window was the wrong size. Wtf. Then they were supposed to expedite and it still took them almost 2 months. They scheduled install and then canceled last minute and tried to reschedule me for a month later. I was livid. So they got an appointment for a week later. They came today and damaged my frame, ended up wrapping it in metal that didn't match the house. Hopefully it's installed correctly but time will tell.
