Jen took the lead on helping us create a trip of a lifetime which was on our bucket list ... a cruise to Iceland. Jen is by far the best travel consultant we've ever worked with. Right from the beginning she listened to our ideas and interests along with addressing some uncertainty that arose from previous oversea travel experiences. Jen addressed all of our concerns in a positive, reassuring manner. She planned and managed the details including suggestions for cruise excursions, pre and post cruise reservations in centralized areas so we could spend some time exploring our embark and disembark locations and setting our itinerary which was accessible on our phones. If you are ever wondering if travel agents still have a role in this world, rest assured that they absolutely do. Travel these days is exceeding difficult do to delays, staff shortages, etc. but Jen planned and booked our Alaskan cruise from Florida perfectly. 3 air trips, 2 different airlines, 2 countries, rental car, hotels, covid testing, customs paperwork were all anticipated and booked seamlessly. Jen even managed the last minute changes when we did not have cell phone service. The hotels that she booked for us were perfect! Very comfortable, reasonably priced and located right where you wanted to be to see the sights of every city. We would never have found these hotels on our own. All in all, GREAT JOB JEN! read more

We recently returned from a cruise through Italy France and Spain.
