Zero stars. Do not use this company. I tried, but Julie gave wrong prices (quoted me $144/night and then told me that I was wrong and that it is $279/night), constantly contradicting herself as well as never following through with any communication in the time frame she promised. When I talked to her about these issues, she could have cared less. If you are looking for someone who doesn't know what she is doing and gives you wrong prices and then tells you how you are wrong then Julie is the right travel agent for you! If you are looking for a travel agent that can follow through on what they tell you, definitely go to another company. read more

I went in, and Bellah was so kind, polite and ready to help us, being attentive but in no way overbearing. Neither of the journeys stores in Salem had my size, so I was a little sad, but Bellah took care of it. She ordered my size, and even gave me 15% off (which is a lot considering the shoes were $140). She was swift, knowledgeable, and funny. She made my brief journeys experience a nice one. She also gave me a thorough run down of my order receipt and a little tutorial on how to use the leather balsam. Thank you again Bellah!!!

I know the store is geared toward teeny boppers, but they might be more successful if they turn the volume down just a touch and stop pressuring people to buy things. Just my opinion.

Cool! A male associate comes up and helps and tells us about the same sale. We find a pair of shoes for $110. When the male associate rings us up and tells me the total I asked about the discount. He looks at me baffled going oh you wanted a discount? I was like well the one you and the other girl told me about when we walked in? Supervisor or manager no clue who she was then came up and told me I would need to sign up for the coupon so they asked for my email address and such. But what the heck? Why not just tell me about the email as I'm spending over 30 minutes in your store waiting for my child to pick out shoes? Why are you surprised I asked for the discount 2 sales associates told me about? In my older age I am finding the discounts at an outlet mall are simply just not worth the people you have to deal with. Shes changed business names 3 x in a little over a year (Cascadia, Salem Massage and now Moonwillow Wellness). Don't book with her (Kirstin Hope) if you actually want a massage and definitely don't give her your credit card number or purchase a membership or gift certificate from her. So disappointing.

Recently used PDX Elite on a round trip Beaverton / airport trip and they were fantastic. Cars were…read morespacious and very clean. The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!

The choice was an Uber, which would not have worked for our situation, or a luxury car service. Hewar was wonderful from when I first called him to arrange our trip. He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. He was a guardian angel who made sure my daughter got to her location safely. I recommend this company to everybody. If you are landing in Portland give Billie a call!
