I went in, and Bellah was so kind, polite and ready to help us, being attentive but in no way overbearing. Neither of the journeys stores in Salem had my size, so I was a little sad, but Bellah took care of it. She ordered my size, and even gave me 15% off (which is a lot considering the shoes were $140). She was swift, knowledgeable, and funny. She made my brief journeys experience a nice one. She also gave me a thorough run down of my order receipt and a little tutorial on how to use the leather balsam. Thank you again Bellah!!!

Cool! A male associate comes up and helps and tells us about the same sale. We find a pair of shoes for $110. When the male associate rings us up and tells me the total I asked about the discount. He looks at me baffled going oh you wanted a discount? I was like well the one you and the other girl told me about when we walked in? Supervisor or manager no clue who she was then came up and told me I would need to sign up for the coupon so they asked for my email address and such. But what the heck? Why not just tell me about the email as I'm spending over 30 minutes in your store waiting for my child to pick out shoes? Why are you surprised I asked for the discount 2 sales associates told me about? In my older age I am finding the discounts at an outlet mall are simply just not worth the people you have to deal with. However once massage therapists were able to give massages again, the vendor never contacted me back like they promised they would. Furthermore, I messaged the vendor on three different occasions, and it was like pulling teeth to have them respond. They just didn't care. No response. Just terrible customer service!

When she canceled 3 massages in a row I finally called it quits and asked for a refund of my monthly membership fees that were unused. Long story short, she still owes me $200 and I can't get the refund from her. What a scam. Stay from this business if you dont want to get ripped off. Shes changed business names 3 x in a little over a year (Cascadia, Salem Massage and now Moonwillow Wellness). Don't book with her (Kirstin Hope) if you actually want a massage and definitely don't give her your credit card number or purchase a membership or gift certificate from her. So disappointing.
