Photos on website are misleading. Grass is mostly dead in RV spots. Gravel driveways, but not maintained. Loud as it is next to a highway, but we were up front so would suggest asking for a back space. Lots of full time residents. Nice pool area and the flower beds are beautiful. Wow, this is perfect for a weekend warrior like myself. They have a game room, free coffee, popcorn, you can borrow from their dvd collection, and best of all is that their hot tub is HOT. it could use some work on the jets but after a long day of hiking, I was happy to soak. The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. Note, they open at 9AM. We wanted free coffee before 9AM and fortunately they hooked us up. I will stay here again when I am in Oregon. FYI, some sites don't have a fire pit. read more

Silver Spur RV Park, Silverton, OR August 22-26, 2025 This is our 3rd time here over the course of the last 7 years. It's not my favorite RV park, but it's better than most and works pretty well for our needs. The RV Park is right next to the main highway coming into town that can get pretty busy at times, hence, noise. It seems like the park has gone downhill a little. The sewer hook up for my site was broken. I managed dumping our tanks without making a mess, but it should have been repaired. The WiFi is next to useless. Cell coverage for Verizon was pretty bad too. But Silver Spur is really the only game in town. It is nice to be very close to the main town of Silverton, which has a nice brewery and tap house, along with nice shops. It's about a mile away from The Oregon Gardens, which is a true gem that must be visited. Mount Angel (with Abby, sausage company, and brewery) is about 6 miles away and Vitis Winery is also close by. Silver Falls State Campground and Park is about a half hour away, but it's almost impossible to get a site there during the summer season. I understand they do have hook ups. That park's trails and waterfalls are also a must. Silver Spur park has gravel roadways and sites. It has full hook ups (electricity a must for air conditioning on 102 degree days with 70% humidity), a swimming pool and jacuzzi, nice club house with game room - pool table, foosball, TV, etc.,laundry area, dog area, kid play area, and propane refill. They'll drive a cart to your spot to pick up your 6 gallon tanks to refill them for you. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in is Smooth. read more

Great rv park. Staff are awesome and helped us book a last minute camp on Memorial Day weekend. The main lodge is beautiful and they have fresh popcorn going all day with a nice game room upstairs with pool table, skeeball, darts, foosball, board games galore, etc. There's an outdoor heated pool + hot tub and when it got super busy throughout memorial weekend, I saw staff cleaning/sampling the pool twice. That's just what I saw, so I give major props to the fact they're religiously keeping the water clean for guests. That's a big deal to me. One day we called and asked about options for a firepit and within 20 minutes they had someone drive to us to drop off a firepit! Everything is great here, super close to town, and with convenience spots just down the road. Will stay here again and again. read more

I can appreciate an RV park having rules and staff that strive to maintain them that being said this is a nicely buttoned up park, great Wi-Fi, clean big walk in shower/bathrooms that were amazing, maintenance staff hard at work all day every day. Had the pleasure of staying at the back end of the park near the pond with aerators with hardly any neighbors for four days it was divine. Very quiet, comfortable and tranquil. Laundry was clean and nice. Staff friendly and accommodating for early check-in which was appreciated. Big store with lots of offerings. Grocery store less than a mile away. Quaint town lots of cute shops in the downtown area. Lots of speed bumps which is good especially with little kids around and when a park doesn't have them ppl will really blow through sites. Sites are gravel so slightly challenging as in my case the gravel would sink in one side/one tire of my trailer and I couldn't crank up high enough to get level. Overall I can see why they are rated so high it was a real resort and I would def recommend and revisit again. Happy camping. read more

This is a beautiful well maintained RV park. The staff is amazing however, please note there is no cable which would be ok if there was acceptable WIFI. That being said, I would give the beauty of the park & friendly staff 5 stars but due to lack of cable & poor almost non existent WiFi I would rate the park with an overall rating of 3.5 stars. read more

This is a great RV park. There is a pool, game room, playground. It's sooo clean. It's so refreshing going into a tiled shower without dirt all over the floor. Plus they had separate bathrooms so you don't have to smell grossness while showering. It's very clean, well kept and amazingly accessible to people with disabilities. Even the pool had a chair lift. I've added a star since my last visit because they finished construction of the pool area. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looks very nice, though small for the size of the park. My comments in my previous review stand. The roads and pads are gravel, so you have the noise of vehicles and rvs driving on gravel throughout the day and the noise of the highway. But overall, not a bad place to hang your hat while you visit Oregon Gardens, Silverton, and Silver Falls State Park. read more

All things considered, the management really is very accommodating and friendly. My previous review was a little over zealous because I was having a crummy week and couldn't connect to any media resources. The park has a nice service where they'll come pick up your propane tanks and fill them when needed. The laundry is kept very clean, and there's a pretty cool game room upstairs with a pool table and a video arcade game, foosball table, skee-ball and darts etc. Also I shouldn't listen to those who may be disgruntled about things here and develop my own opinions. My rent here is nearly a third of where I was before and my electric bill wasn't even over $30 in August one of the hottest months of the year. And the kids at the pool; I can't fault I'll behavior of children if their parents don't intervene. The management is right about this being a campground and I should expect for families and their children to have fun here. I'm glad they allowed me to get a space here long term, and I've only just now been here long enough to form my own opinions. The park is very peaceful and very well groomed and kept. So, in retrospect I would totally recommend this park to any vacationers or long termers, and Oh, and I did get an internet resource of my own because I realize that there are lots of folks using the same internet resource. Based on reviews we chose Silver Spur RV Park over Phoenix RV Park (which was just down the road about 15 minutes). When we rolled into Silver Spur we were a little disappointed at first because of the gravel everywhere and the fact that there were SO MANY rv's there! In fact, we almost decided to pack up and split. But we were tired and decided to try it out for a night. WE'RE GLAD WE DID!! The last couple rv parks we stayed at (which also happened to be the first couple rv parks we stayed at) were very very updated and more "modern" for lack of a better term, so I think we got spoiled by those. Silver Spur doesn't really have a wow factor that some fancier parks have, but everyone we came across was very nice and gave us a friendly wave and a smile. Restrooms & showers were clean and tidy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the nights were very quiet and peaceful and we felt like we were in a safe environment. We happened to drive by that Phoenix RV Park at one point and when we saw how close it was to a very very busy intersection with a lot of "questionable" people walking around, we knew we made the right decision in sticking with Silver Spur. Great RV Park. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in the area! read more

This is a larger rv park but maintains a very clean nice feeling. Another visitor stated to me how nice she also felt this park is. Roads are wide and spurs are easy to get in and out of. This park has all the extras that most resorts have. Laundry pool spa dog park game room and a small fishing pond. Silver Falls state park is a 20 minute drive from here ( very beautiful). I rented this cabin with my family. It was on a snow day this past weekend the weekend before Martin Luther King's birthday and we went to the little cabin that they have there on the site and they are swimming. Pool did not work and their Jacuzzi did not work so they claim and the cabin did not have any running water with a dry cabin so we had no place to cook our food and there was a common area. They had a barbecue fire pit and sitting area. and we had use the barbecue to warm up our food and the next day in the morning the guy at the front desk had charged our account $10 because we use the barbecue and he claimed that it wasn't for the customers to use but yet they had no sign on it that said do not use because it's off-limits to the customers they did not send us an email or write it in our email that we couldn't use the barbecue and they didn't put it on their pamphlet either and they claimed that they have a lot of stuff that I did not put on the pamphlet and that they will not put it on the plant pamphlet or in the emails because it's too much things to tell the customers also we feel that it wasn't right because normally in a common area, you You should be allowed to use everything and all their amenities so I would think twice about renting Silverspur RV park because they will give you hidden charges and will not tell you about it unless you inquire about it after you see it on your account read more

The grounds are nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There are a few gathering/get togethers. No crafting rooms, shop, or restaurant. The only negative about this place is the laundry facility absolutely sucks! Most of the machines are out of order. They have promised new machines since last spring. My advice is to go to Laundry Depot in town. The grounds are close to town and Silver Falls is an amazing place to go hike. There are so many activities nearby. The farming community and vineyards make for beautiful landscape year round. The people of Silverton are amazing and very friendly. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pRk is attractive and has bird songs -more than other parks, all sites are pull through. The lodge sells useful RV accessories. The bayonets for my holding tank drain cover broke and I was able to get a replacement immediately. But the best part is the friendliness of the staff, always greeting with a smile. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is the sewage drain was so far from my 2014 rv drain pipe that my hose didn't fit. They do have a dump site next to the exit . read more

I spent the last two day here. Great RV park. Easy access. Pulled right in. I got here after they closed. My check in was taped to the door! Awesome! They had everything. Sewer hook up, electric, Water, and WIFI. The pool was very clean and felt good! The bathrooms where so clean! The staff is very Friendly. This so far on my journey was a great place to stay and very accommodating. They even had a place for my dog to stretch her legs! Fenced in I might add! Plenty of poop bag stations. The place is just very comfortable and the price was good! read more

Again....I truly give this a 4.5 star. Only because it is right off the freeway and you do hear some traffic, but it really isn't that bad, and we were along the hwy side. Great prices especially for what you get. The RV site, a picnic table, pool, hot tub, showers on site, game room and play structure for the kids and friendly staff. Plus, there are full time residents at this RV Park and they too are friendly. AND. it's in Silverton! Hello...Silverton...this is a jewel of a community- a must visit place in everyone's travels. If you like camping on rocks this is the place to go. I mean large rocks that could twist your ankle if you step on them wrong. Lots of trailers most year round campers. Our site was bare, no grass, small and close together. No WiFi service where we were even though it was part of the fee. Yes, we camped along the freeway but very little noise at night. The pool was opened even though the danger of Covid-19. If you have to stay in Silverton this might be a good place. read more

We had a group of 12 stay here and everyone was so impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the park. They even have a courtesy car and offered to take my husband to the Oregon Gardens after our bike ride. We will be back and would love to spend more time here. read more

Our RV group has stayed here three years in a row. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, attentive and helpful. There is not another campground we have visited that puts on what Silver Spur does. We had lawn games, Bunco and Scrabble to play. One night we were treated to a live singer and for $5.00, hot dogs and hamburgers. The next night was a $10 steak dinner. I would highly recommend this park! read more

I've been staying here about two weeks now and I am pretty happy. The main office has a really nice log cabin feel to it. The laundry room is very clean and reasonably priced. There's even a drive-up espresso shack near the exit. The staff seems to be pretty friendly. It's very quiet, especially towards the back of the park. The cons... The sewer is too far away from my drain pipe. I had to buy a 25 foot hose to reach. I've got a 2007 model 5th wheel so it's not that my trailer is behind the times. The cable is free but it comes in poorly. The spaces and roads are all gravel and grass. Not too big a deal but to some it may be. Overall a pretty good place to stay. read more

Whenever we are up this direction of the state we always choose to stay here. They are always friendly and helpful. It is a quiet park, the bathrooms are clean and the showers also. If you are on a budget, they are both Good Sam and Passport America members. There is no longer a drive-up expresso as the previous reviewer mentioned. We have stayed at this park in the past up to two weeks at a time and have always been happy here! read more

We took a road trip from So Cal to Whistler BC and back. We ended up staying here for a night. We called for a reservation the same night of our stay and the person who handled our call was polite, friendly and very helpful. The camp facilities were great. Nice and spacious and quiet. Clean restrooms and very nice showers. We didn't hang out long enough to get a vibe on the ambience but from my vantage point it was an excellent place to catch some zzz's. read more
