There are plenty of pumps with a lot of room between them and they are very well maintained. There are vacuums that work well and are easy to get to. They have a well stocked convenience store. And, if there is any issues, the staff is quick to respond and friendly about it. (for example, there was no ice in the pop station and they quickly filled it and apologized for the inconvenience). The store and restrooms were very clean as well. I've not experienced the detailing or oil change here, but car washes have left our van looking great!

Instead of having your bays where you pull in on one side and then pull our on the other when you are done, they have it where the bays are back to back and a wall between them. That means that you either have to back into a bay or be very careful when you leave. This set up is baffling to me, I understand that they were using the lot to their maximum benefit, but it is rather cramped. Especially if you show up here after a really bad snow storm to wash off the salt and everyone else has the same idea. Change machine on premise if you didn't come with a pocket full of quarters. A few vending like machines for some interior cleaning supplies, sweet scents and what not. I do not recall seeing vacuum stands, but I really wasn't looking either. Standard two dollar to start.

Two of the three wash bays were closed but all should be closed, for good. As you can see in my photos my vehicle want even washed. The entire side is almost dry not even touched. I don't want the traditional beat-on-your-car wash that risks tearing off antennas. 2: They have an underbody spray to get off all that pesky road salt. You get what you'd expect here from any automatic wash. It does a fair job but you just can't beat a hand wash when it comes to the details. There were a few spots that weren't washed clean, the wheels still had brake dust stuck in them, and the air jets really only blow the water around while the mechanism continues to drip on the car. You'd be best to take some towels with you to finish the job. There's some touch up work to do after this wash, but it was only 10 bucks. I say 4 stars.
