Gas station, car wash and convenience store in a convenient location. They almost always have the best price on gas in the area (especially if you have the club). There are plenty of pumps with a lot of room between them and they are very well maintained. There are vacuums that work well and are easy to get to. They have a well stocked convenience store. And, if there is any issues, the staff is quick to respond and friendly about it. (for example, there was no ice in the pop station and they quickly filled it and apologized for the inconvenience). The store and restrooms were very clean as well. I've not experienced the detailing or oil change here, but car washes have left our van looking great! read more

I give it a solid 4 stars. Some days they dry your car off great leaving no streaks. Other times it's done half fast. If you are going to take it to an automatic car wash, this is probably the best in the area. I never had an issue with any of the staff as far as being rude or unprofessional. All have been real pleasant. As far as value, again I think it's probably one of the best automatic car washes you can take it to in this area. Lots of gasoline pumps at their place and they are widely spaced apart, making driving in and out very easy. The convenience store inside is huge with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Went through line to attendant and agreed to purchase buy two get one free wash special. Attempted to pay with card and was then informed the card reader was down and had to pay with cash. I barely scraped together enough for the single car wash and ws a little embarrassed. Why no sign or attendant at the entrance letting people know it was cash only? I went to the front desk after the wash and requested whether I could pay for the second wash and get the free one as offered when I was in line. I was simply told no. There was no attempt to speak with a manager and no offer to let me pay for the second wash and get a voucher for the free one. Nothing, just no by the cashier. I do not consider this as good customer service, and in fact I would call it poor all the way around. I do not believe I will be purchasing Delta Sonics services anytime soon nor purchasing gas or items from their store. There should have been a workaround in this situation and I am surprised that the staff was not trained to offer an alternative. John read more

They kind of rush you through and don't do a very thorough job prespraying the running boards or side panels of trucks. We have some reAlly nasty weather and that salt needs to come off. For $21 they should do a better job. It seems like they speed up everything when it's really busy especially the drying process. This super duty needed more than the 2 door civic next to us which they spent more time on which makes no sense. read more

We have loved washing our vehicles with the Super Kiss unlimited program. It's super easy and does a pretty good job. We have gotten a lot of great young people to finish drying our vehicles after coming out of the wash and blow dry. We love bringing our dog and littles here to experience the wash, all the colors and smells, and to try to catch the bubbles, from inside the car. I love to see the different types of footwear the workers have on and how some of them really go over the top to promote safety and to help. I don't like the fact that after 3 months of loyal patronage they raise the price of your package by at least $10. If you want a spotlessly perfect hand drying experience, this is probably not your place. There will be spots and missed areas. They try hard and are usually pleasant but they are young adults and some are shorter and can't reach. This is nothing life changing or ending. There are a few that really go over the top for people. Don't get me wrong, I would not want any of these people's jobs. They work their tails off in some rough conditions, sometimes, but they keep smiling and working hard. They are rock stars!! Overall this is a great place. Now for the downside... I still can't give 5 stars because of the crazy little card. Oh, that dumb little piece of plastic that gives me so much grief! I have spent many hours trying to get those cards to link to my account and be able to get the gas discounts... still, nothing... worthless little cards! We have tried so many times to get the cards to work. If anyone in IT reads this and knows answers, we would appreciate some help. Overall we would give Delta Sonic a solid 4-4.5 stars. I really wanted to like this place. The reviews on Google were tremendous, one after the other raving and about the service and the employees. True, all of the employees were amazing. The car was very futuristic. I half expected George Jetson to come zooming through. I needed a thorough interior cleaning and they did an outstanding job. So why the low marks? I paid $35 thinking I was getting the interior and exterior done. When I went to retrieve my car I noticed that they only did the inside. I have the unlimited cleanings and I'd say it's mixed- some weeks they do a really good job cleaning it out and others there are clearly a bunch of spots they missed. Also seems like they could come up with a better system for the drive through cleanings? Seems really frustrating to have to wait for 30+ minutes, especially when your someone who is an unlimited customer. Overall though, I've have horses and they keep the inside of my car clean and smelling like vanilla instead of dirt. read more

I purchased a new vehicle recently and decided I wanted to stay on top of keeping it nice and clean, so I purchased the Interior and Exterior monthly plans. I still use the unlimited car wash 6months later and love it for a good quick wash. I ended up canceling the interior package, I found with about 10min of my own time at the vacuum stations with a few cleaning items and a rag I could do a better job than the interior cleaning crew. They seemed rushed most of the time and missed a lot when cleaning out the interior. Some days were great but some days were just horrible, I saved myself the cash and just take care of the interior myself now. read more

I've been coming here since they first opened, and I have to say the attention to detail is quite lacking since then. Back then my car would be spotless - inside and out. Obviously it depends on the individual working on your car, but overall the attention to detail is missing. When I come in for an interior cleaning, I don't expect to come out to my car only to find the same crumbs on the floor and in the cup holders. Or that I have to go home and redo what I paid them to do. Each and every time I come here, I have to request that they go over the interior a second time, and sometimes my schedule doesn't allow for that, so I have to leave with a dirty car. I like to keep my car clean, it's not like its terribly hard to vacuum. If they do a good job on my vehicle, I tip well. When I arrived today they asked what areas specifically I wanted them to pay attention to - I said mats and floor. First of all, I paid for an interior cleaning.... which should mean everything wiped down and vacuumed. As usual, when they asked me to inspect my car right away I pointed out that they didnt vacuum my floors... hence the rocks, dirt, leaves, twigs... you would think they notice that. They had to re - do the front and the back, and they did a poor job of that. After I left I noticed they didn't touch my cup holders, vacuuming or wiping them, didn't wash one of my rear mats and did not wipe down the door jams, nor did they do the "new car scent" that was requested. What the heck was she doing that she missed so much?? My car was out of the cleaning area so fast! Been very disappointed in the service I've been receiving. Layout was a little confusing at first but two workers helped us find it no problem. Line was short in the unlimited lane and got through with no problems. The undercarriage spray must not have been working because nothing happened when we drove through. As always top of the line clean for the exterior. Upper Management Deplorable. Company representatives rude and verbally abusive to me over a simple non profit charity request application. Experienced unacceptable and accusatory remarks regarding both my character and organization's method of operation. When I asked for a follow up to discipline those involved, a call center "agent" actually hung up on me. A second said my complaint would be forwarded to the owners and someone would "get back to me". One month later, no reply or apology; therefore, it can only be concluded by the silence that they find this an acceptable way to treat an applicant and customer. I have taken my business elsewhere, as I have never had the displeasure of coming across a group more unworthy of my support than they. UPDATE: Dear Kim, Thank you for your prompt reply; however, a call at this point would rectify nothing as I have personally attempted to pursue this channel on at least three separate occasions over several months with Delta Sonic via the call center, as well as to the personal secretary of the Owner to no avail. I stongly feel my grievance would have continued to go unrecognized if I had not chosen a public forum such as this in order to air my experience and thus generate a comment. That the matter has escalated to this point is unacceptable to me, and I have taken the entire situation very personally. I can only suggest that, in the future, this Company be more careful in selecting qualified and professional individuals to represent the business to the public from the highest levels on down, lest we forget that the consumer is the reason for your existence in the first place. Dust and dirt in so many places its like he didn't even try to do a good job. i showed him the areas he missed and he wiped them down again but even then he didn't do that good of a job. We don't live in Erie, but we do drive in and shop here. When possible, we stop here at Delta Sonic and treat ourselves (and our car) to a professional wash. Today we had an experience that will forever make us a fan and a lifetime customer of Delta Sonic. The team that hand dried and detailed our car included a young man with Downs Syndrome. This young guy (Mike) was being mentored by another gentleman (Craig). I was extremely pleased and impressed with Mike's level of interest and desire to "do the job right". As a retired businessman. I was extremely impressed with the patience and professionalism that Craig displayed while helping Mike become a great Delta Sonic employee.
