Drove my vehicle through the car wash supervised by copious attendants. As my vehicle passed through the wash, one of the brushes tore my antenna out of the fender. I made a report with the car wash supervisor and several weeks later he called telling me that the owner decided that he would not be repairing/replacing my antenna. After some research, I discovered that this practice of not correcting damage done by the car wash was a regular pattern of business for the owner. I have been billed monthly for a service that I initially paid for 1 month. The staff agreed, with a signed letter, that I have only used their service for one month, but after several attempts, by the credit card company and myself, the main office has never contacted myself or the credit card company back. This left me paying for 6 months of service that I didn't ask for, or use. I've read other reviews, complaining of the same thing. I own a 2023 Chevy Silverado LTZ with the expensive paint package, I recently went through the All Washed Up car wash at the Uniontown location, after returning home and looking at the truck, I saw that it was covered with scratches and swirls over the entire truck. I took it back to the car wash immediately to report the damage that was done to the truck by the car wash and filed a damage claim. I was contacted by the "Site Manager", Michael Ellis who informed me that "my claim was denied because to the type of wash I purchased, the "Spa Sampler" because this wash uses very little soap and is basically a wet wash that will cause this type of result, "damage". I fully expect that this statement will be denied, however that is exactly the statement that was made for the denial by him and he said that was what he was told by the Claims Office, otherwise I would like to hear another version for the denial. When I asked for the number and address for the "Claim office", he said there is none. They do not advertise nor publish any type of disclaimer or refusal of responsibility regarding this type of damage. Their position pertaining to any of the wash packages is one of go through at your own risk. for any business to not be more responsible or dedicated to the quality of service they provide is an indication of a "catch me if you can" attitude regarding their integrity to customers and the quality of their service. Needless to say, I have been through many car washes over the years and have never encountered anything like this. If you have a "beater" that you don't care about then this car wash would be for you, if you have a vehicle that is one you take care of, go somewhere that takes pride and responsibility for what they represent. I had the paint on my truck repaired at a cost of $422.99 and was told by the shop that there are scratch at couldn't be repaired and that the clearcoat on the paint is permanently damaged. I own an 02 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition that I've owned not even a year, 9 months to be exact. Being a 23 year old SUV it's in crazy good condition, mint. Zero rust on it & I plan doing my best to keep it in this condition. It being middle of December there has been some snow and ice, so I've been wanting to get the undercarriage washed to get all the road salt off. Driving by this place I see a sign stating "$5 Car Wash" so I seen it as the perfect opportunity to do just that. I pull up and the attendant informed me the "$5 wash ended at 2pm" but lacked in taking the signs down. So I just chose a regular wash with an underneath spray. 20 seconds into said wash I hear a very loud bang followed by an equally loud snap. I thought a mirror got ripped off by the brushes but from what I could see thru the soap everything looked OK.​ It was so loud the guy operating the wash stopped the whole wash and came and looked at my Explorer all around. He too knew that something was damaged but he didn't see what had happened immediately. After the rinse my wife had pointed out the radio antenna was missing! I tried to get a signal from any station I could and it's nothing but static. I quickly pulled back around and ran inside to let the head attendant know his Top O' The Line was had damaged my vehicle. He didn't believe me so I made him follow me outside and showed him what was missing from my car that hadn't been missing prior to the wash. His first question after seeing it was, "Ya want yer antenna back ?" I responded with, uh yeah? and maybe you to do your job and tell me how your going to make this right. He then came back with a form for me to fill out and then took pictures on his personal cell phone of every side of my car and continues with, the company will be emailing you in about 7 days.
