For the rental home, I purchased a brand new heating/cooling system from Paschal, this being before I knew about Kinty. My personal home ended up having a starter issue with the a/c. I called KJ and they came out and had it running in no time. Shortly afterwards, my rental had an issue with their brand new unit. The thermostat kept shutting off and thus, not working. It shut the whole system down. They have small children. When I called Paschal, I got a call center. The girl stated that she couldn't give me an idea when they could come out as it was a Friday. When I told her this was a brand new unit and they have small children, she stated that it didn't matter, there was nothing she could do about it. I called Kinty and told them what happened, they were out before the day was over! The diagnosis... the piping was installed incorrectly. This past summer, I had to have a new thermostat in my own home. They were really swamped but assured me they would be here before the day was over. Sure enough, 7pm!.... they came. Their tech was friendly, apologetic for being late, and had my thermostat installed in no time! Please call Kinty Jones before you call anyone else! The Paschal technician, who characterized himself as new to town, recommended a total replacement of both my compressor and furnace. Paschal did not explore any repair opportunities and instead pushed to sell me $10,000 of new equipment (compressor + furnace). Per Paschal, my compressor was expected to fail "at any minute." I contacted Chris for a second opinion. For under $100, Chris was able to revive my compressor. Thanks to Cool Guy, my HVAC system is now in good working order.

I questioned this and they remained where they were stating they could "not break down the cost" as it was a flat fee. Two other licensed and reputable plumbers were within range of each other and both were 40% less than Davis. Aqua solutions was sub-contracted by Lowe's to install our garbage disposal. After refusing to…read morecomplete the job on the first visit due to new disposal having a pre-installed plug, the job was completed poorly a week later. The plumber was argumentative, not knowledgeable, and not trustworthy. Claiming multiple times that he could not remove the plug because it would void the warranty, and that he had confirmed this with the MFG and Lowe's. I had previously spoken to both companies and cleared that this installation would not void the warranty. The finished job is immediately leaking. I'm going to have to call someone to redo the shoddy work and seek a refund from Lowe's on the install. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience.
