Guy's price was very reasonable and he provided better service and a better value than all the BIG firms which we've used in the past. I contacted them on Friday about servicing my mini split AC unit. I was told they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday or Tuesday, which I completely understood. Today, I was informed they could come out sometime that afternoon, but no specific time was given. I simply asked if they could give me about a 30 minute heads up before arriving so I could be available. Instead of responding professionally, I was told, "Forget that!" The technician then stated that he had jobs that paid more money than mine and implied my job wasn't worth his time. He also accused me of taking too long to respond, even though there were only about eight minutes between our text messages. I understand that schedules change and that emergencies happen, but there is no excuse for treating a potential customer this way. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude were extremely disappointing, especially when we are currently without air conditioning. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, courteous service.

When I first called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to fit me in for a consultation quickly. Adam was able to diagnose our HVAC issues quickly.
