We called Guy, who picked up immediately, took down my address, and was here in less than half an hour. It's the same issue we've had in the past, a cap blew, which it does every couple of years. Guy replaced it with a better part, replaced another cap which was getting ready to go, and had us up and running cool air again within 20 minutes. Guy's price was very reasonable and he provided better service and a better value than all the BIG firms which we've used in the past. I would highly recommend Guy, he's knowledge, professional, and he's local, and for me that makes a BIG difference, I'm supporting our local economy which helps everyone. Give Guy a call before you call the BIG firms, you'll get better service, have the work done right the first time, and save money!

I contacted them on Friday about servicing my mini split AC unit. I was told they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday or Tuesday, which I completely understood. Today, I was informed they could come out sometime that afternoon, but no specific time was given. I simply asked if they could give me about a 30 minute heads up before arriving so I could be available. Instead of responding professionally, I was told, "Forget that!" The technician then stated that he had jobs that paid more money than mine and implied my job wasn't worth his time. He also accused me of taking too long to respond, even though there were only about eight minutes between our text messages. I understand that schedules change and that emergencies happen, but there is no excuse for treating a potential customer this way. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude were extremely disappointing, especially when we are currently without air conditioning. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, courteous service.

This literally saved me thousands! The problem was a manual valve that had moved to the closed position over time and was not allowing the cool air upstairs. I almost trusted the wrong company.
