This literally saved me thousands! The problem was a manual valve that had moved to the closed position over time and was not allowing the cool air upstairs. I almost trusted the wrong company. Now the maintenance and repair work is very bad and every time there is an issue with our system (purchased from them) they find something wrong that requires an expensive repair. In addition, in the last 2 weeks they have no-showed on 2 different service appointments without so much as a call let alone an apology. After their latest screwup/attempted gouging we called another company and the issue was a filthy air filter that Anderson was on contract to maintain. Sad to say this is not the same company it used to be. I'm guessing private equity is driving it into the ground.

For the rental home, I purchased a brand new heating/cooling system from Paschal, this being before I knew about Kinty. My personal home ended up having a starter issue with the a/c. I called KJ and they came out and had it running in no time. Shortly afterwards, my rental had an issue with their brand new unit. The thermostat kept shutting off and thus, not working. It shut the whole system down. They have small children. When I called Paschal, I got a call center. The girl stated that she couldn't give me an idea when they could come out as it was a Friday. When I told her this was a brand new unit and they have small children, she stated that it didn't matter, there was nothing she could do about it.
