I purchased a storm door from Lowe's. they contracted with all weather to do the installation. Our installation was scheduled to happen between 2 and 5 PM. At 4:15. I still had not heard from the installer so I called. Their message says their hours of business are 830 to 430. When I called at 4:17 they were gone for the day, the installer called me at 4:40 to tell me he was running a little late but that he was headed over to the Lowe's store in Northeast Washington to pick up my door after he finished his current installation. We agreed with traffic he would not get to our house until 8:00 PM, we made alternate arrangements for him to be at my house to do the installation at 9 AM the next day he missed that appointment too. At 12:45 he called to say he had been delayed. He finally arrived at 2:20 and did the installation. For my experience, all weather is a poorly run organization, and I would recommend against using their services read more

They called me 8 days earlier and asked me if they could come earlier due to a cancellation. They gave me a time frame of 9-12 and Koree showed up at 9:45 prepared and ready to do the install. Absolutely terrible. I went to buy doors through Lowe's and these guys came to do work. The work was subpar and moments after they completed it two items broke. They then said they would put in a service call to come back and fix it. They then of course never scheduled to come back (since they already received their monies). Here it is 2 months later after waiting 4 months for the initial installation and still getting the runaround. These guys are just God awful. I don't really have a problem with lowe's, but their contracting of workers is definitely problematic. I just don't do work with good solid companies. And this is a reflection of that. Like others that have left reviews, we ordered a door through Lowe's. The door was supposed to be installed in mid October, but here we are into mid November and are now being told that the company "cannot get in touch with the installer". I'm sure many folks using this company have no choice as they're at the mercy of Lowe's, so unfortunately you may want to consider not using Lowe's either until this company straightens out their business practices. read more

Somehow, four weeks later, they were still not able to communicate the measurements of a standard door to Home Depot in order to generate a contract. My doors from Lowes look nice. But there has been nothing but problems, since they were installed. Let's begin with the front storm door. The weather stripping coming out of the glass storm door (not anyone's fault I guess). I have been locked INSIDE the house so much that I keep a set of plyers at the door. The lock on the front door is not fitting inside of the lock hole space so the lock is not setting unless I use the key or push from inside the house. They used shoe molding instead of treated wood on the frame of the front door. The back storm door does not have all of the screws in the handle. They say they want to fix it, but they never have a day that is convenient for anyone. I do have to work to pay for my nice things. Lowes is not helping. I am going to the BBB by 2/17/23. Is anybody out there a Lowes contractor besides these people. I wish I knew ahead of time. read more

I'm not certain why Lowes keeps using this contractor. I am going to file a complaint with the State of Maryland consumer protection. All of the reviews are terrible yet Lowes continues to use them. Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up and never picked up my items at Lowes. read more

All Weather handled my sliding closet door installation through Home Depot Home Services. They were prompt and responsive in answering my questions before the project, they arrived on time, and they installed the door panels with no problems. In order to install standard-size panels in a non-standard-height opening, they added a top wall (bulkhead? build-down?), which looks great now the wall has been painted. Forced to use through Lowes. After not receiving a call in over a week of door sitting at lowes, I called them. Super rude, unprofessional, and blatant lies to me trying to cover themselves. I am please with the installations of my windows by All Weather Inc. First thing was when I called an appointment was set for someone to come out to measure each window to be replaced. I was given estimate by mail which was fine with me. I was please with the estimate and made a reasonable deposit of 20 percent. We agreed on the installation date. On the day of installation a crew of three showed up. The crew went to work immediately and all 12 windows were installed quickly. Each room where the windows were installed were left clean and the area vacuum. I was very please with the work of the crew chief Craig Polcen and his crew. I would highly recommend having All Weather Inc if you are considering replacement windows. read more

Tried to set up measurement for door installation through Home Depot. After weeks of phone tag, I asked if their workers are vaccinated, answer was "no" after lengthy back and forth about whether they're willing to provide this information. You don't have to provide the information, but you won't be coming into my house unless you're vaccinated. read more

No shoe protectors, no blankets. Dirt, mud, and dust everywhere with no cleanup whatsoever when the job was "done." The first window they started with, they damaged a bedroom wall, peeling the drywall and did nothing to repair it. They installed 24 windows and a patio door with no insulation whatsoever, even with big gaps. When I asked them why they were not using insulation, they told me they didn't need to. Multiple double hung windows are out of balance. A slider window was coming apart between the glass and plastic (they should have ordered a whole new window but instead tried to just glue it) when the manufacturer came out to view it, they said that's absolutely the wrong way to fix that error. They removed a French door and put the sliding glass door in, but didn't reinforce the frame, so the door is now out of square and bowed. When they came back out because it wouldn't shut correctly, they just moved the lock up a bit and said it was fine. The screws in the side aren't even in all the way and because it doesn't shut correctly, you can see in the corners where it is coming apart. This was all done through Lowe's, who is saying All Weather advised them that the door does not need to be replaced. The manufacture representative said the door is completely ruined due to install and needs taken out and reinstalled/replaced with a new door. Our install was done in late August and it is now early December and we're no closer to having new windows and a door replaced or a refund. When we calculate the temperature, the window pane (glass) read 59 degrees while the area around the window where the caulking is registers as 46 degrees (this is before it got really cold.) Cold air is pouring in our house more than when we had the 25 year old windows prior to this installation. read more

I had gone in to purchase 2 sliding glass patio doors for my home at home depot. They use All Weather as their contractors. They assured me that they would install the doggy screen door as well as re-install the security bars from my old doors to my new doors. We PAYED EXTRA for those additional services. I had to stop by Home Depot after 2 weeks because All Weather had not called me to set up an appointment. That is where it started going down hill. They finally set a date, A MONTH, after I had already paid for everything. The installation from All Weather was even worse. I was given a time slot from 8-12, keep in mind 3 people took off of work to be here for this install as I work. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4PM!! We called for 2 straight hours to the company's main number and no one picked up. The only reason they finally decided to show up is because I threatened to cancel the entire transaction. That is incredibly inconsiderate. When the laborers arrived, one of them was extremely rude. He said that he would not install my security bar nor the dog screen door that we had paid for! He said "that's not my problem." As if that wasn't enough, it started raining when they were doing the install. They did not bring any shoe protectors or blankets to cover the floors, I had mud all throughout my house. oh and they stole my security bars after I asked them to leave it. They did not clean up. This place is horrible. you will get robbed and have to chase them down to do the work. read more

Frustrating... they take too long to make an appointment to install 2 doors, they didn't came in the same day to install both doors, and scratched my NEW storm door and now I have to wait a long time again until they can come and fixe it read more

You have no choice of installers from home depot. Absolutely horrible! Billed $65 for a patio door "build down" which was a 1X4 which they never used! The installer said the build down wouldn't fit so he just stuck a piece of my old trim in which left a 1" gap that they said they'd just cover with a new piece of trim!!! When I asked about weather and insects getting in they said they'd fill it with foam. Then this is how well they did with no level, no shims... read more

Had appointment scheduled for about a week. I called in the AM to confirm and they had switched the appointment time w/out notifying me to a time that I was not available. I insisted they change it back and they "said" they did but no one ever showed up. This place is not trustworthy and will waste your time. A "no-show" and no call on the very 1st appointment is a very bad sign! read more
