I commend Ismael and his commitment to quality work, and hope to have this resolved soon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ismael sent his "stone guy" to look at work I needed done in my patio. The guy seemed capable, but was not. He damaged many of the flagstones, and used the sealing sand with rain on the way (major mistake). The sand was uneven and has been coming out ever since. Some stones have become wobbly and sound hollow now too. I contacted Ismael, who said that it was not "his" worker, just someone who did stonework. I am thoroughly disappointed in the work done. I want the damaged stones replaced, and the sand applied correctly so that it seals well.

Throughout the process, they were very flexible with design changes and the team felt more like a partner who allowed me to collaborate as the project evolved, rather than refusing to budge from a preset plan. After several unsuccessful attempts to find someone knowledgeable and reliable to complete our home, we were lucky to find Alex and his team. Alex was very responsive to texts, email, or calls with any questions or concerns. He came by every day to check in as the scope of work was extensive. Everyone - from the owner Lorraine, to our designer/project manager Shannon, the foreman Carlos and all the tradesmen, were so easy to work with! The project was done on time, even with a few small changes. The work was neat throughout the project and even on demo days, the path from the front door to the bathroom was always clean. At no point did it ever look like a "construction zone" outside of the bathroom. They do quality work for fair prices, there was no nickel & diming or "gotchas", they kept us informed all along the way and were responsive to any questions/concerns. I had a picture in mind of what I wanted so didn't need full design services, but wherever I wasn't sure or couldn't decide on paint/tile/patterns/placement or just needed to bounce ideas with someone with a designer's eye, Shannon was right there with excellent input and we absolutely love the result across the board!
