A couple years ago... I had a customer whos well pump had seized. She had five children and a single mother. I myself cannot pull a pump out of the well over 40 feet deep as I don't have The equipment to do it, so I called these guys in hopes that they could take care of my customer in the middle of a drought on very hot days in the summer. This company pushed my customer in front of their other important customers in order to accommodate this mother with children without water. The average wait time for most well pump replacement companies was about 1 to 3 months waiting time, yet this company had serviced and had my customers well up and running in just under a week! My customer called me almost crying, and thanked me for sending such great people to her home and returning her life back to normal... Today... . A recent job entailed me finding a rare motor for a pump that needs to be replaced before The motel that I am servicing loses their hot water and many customers... I thought of these gentlemen in hopes that they could help me find this motor... Although we were unable to locate such a rare motor, they referred me to their personal parts supplier, and then went above and beyond and allowed me to purchase a motor under their account so I could obtain the savings that they get, that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise... Although their company could not find this where motor either, I still am humbled by their generosity in their attempt to help another local small business with no expectations of anything in return... Try county drilling and pumps is one of a handful of small businesses in this area that make nor-cal such a great place to live!!! Was professional. Was thorough. Was efficient and was fair. Also didn't mind my dogs in the house! (I think they are dog friendly plumbers!) If you've got something broken and need it fixed, call them if you want it done right, on time and on budget.
