First, before we got rolling, we got 4 estimates from 4 companies for what we wanted to do and Timberline's estimate was actually the best price. Dave Bertagna (salesman and part owner) was very cordial and responsive to all my questions. Second, Timberline's install team (John, Chris & Tanner) treated our home with nothing but respect and responded to my every question and request. After every work day (3), they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and left no trail. Third, because the two ports into our attic needed to be enlarged for the install process, some of the sheet rock border needed to be removed. But no worries! That brought in Matt who is a true artist in drywall/texturing/paint!! Matt actually made the crawl ports look better than before we began the project! And finally, fourth, as with anything electronic, certain bugs needed to be ironed out. Then in July when the temperature heated up the ac started having a problem the middle end of July not coming but heating the house. Call them back the technician checked things but did not see a problem other than it was old and needed to be replaced, it is 23 year old at a $100 service fee. Well because I have a home warranty plan I contacted them. They send me to someone they work with. The technician came out I explained the situation thinking we problem do need a new unit, BUT low and behold he found that the capacitor had burnt out. He replaced it and we how have a ac unit that works. So I will no longer use Timberline but the new provider. Timberline like putting in new units instead of fixing the older ones.
