Took all day…read more but I'm not picky I just wanted to keep her comfortable Then they started hiring a student as their only groomer in the place. 45 minutes my dog was there 60# labradoodle. (They rescheduled 4 times saying overbooked they told me ...truth was they did not have a groomer). Groomer contacted me 45 minutes she bathed, dried and shaved my 60# dog like a sheep and told me she needs to go to vet immediately. I picked her up and went In yelling. "What the hell happened". They brought Maggie out her ear lobes bleeding saying she shook her head. I said NO What do I owe you. They said. Nothing since there is an issue and here is where you can take her. Since it was weekend I couldn't find any affordable. 245$ later. I walked out of the vet With steroids and antibiotics and directions to keep her ears (lobes) covered. I asked them "you covering any vet bills on this... they let go of the grooming student. Who claimed to have her own business inside her home. They claimed no responsibility

I called every day to check in on them and the staff would personally check on them and were knowledgeable about their day. When an incident occurred where one of our girls wasn't feeling well and had done bathroom issues, they had spotted it immediately and contacted me to see if I agreed so they could take her to the Dr. They transported her back and forth and brought back her medications and notes from the doctor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I love the fact that you can watch the dogs through the live stream webcams they have set up in the building. It completely takes the worry out of if your dog is being mistreated or if another dog is being too aggressive with them. I cannot recommend Camp FurKids higher!
