The cat whisperer! I hired Deanna to come in and feed my cat while I took a trip. I was a little nervous because I have always had someone come and stay full time. Deanna has watched our cats quite a few times over the years. She is communicative, reliable, and friendly. One of our cats has anxiety and some extra medical needs, and he was always in great shape when we returned home. Deanna provides attentive care for them every single time I've sought her services. For a period of time one of my dogs was having back issues that had me filled with concern, and Deanna ensured that I was informed with how she did by text, and worked with me on how to best accommodate her health issues during her visits until they were resolved. It was such a relief knowing that I could count on her, and greatly eased my worry. She's flexible and adaptive on scheduling, beyond fairly priced, and completely dependable. She leaves status notes on their time together that I completely appreciate. They adore her, and greet her with boundless doggie enthusiasm tail-wagging leg-jumping love. If you are looking for a quality pet-carer, who is not only wonderful with the pets but attentive to the people as well, you've found her in Deanna. We have two large dogs and two older cats. All of them love her, which is saying a lot considering we have one cat who is a tough old broad. She's 15 year old and likes VERY few people. Yet, she likes Deanna-- It's impressive. The pricing is competitive, and we have had no difficulty scheduling. I very much appreciate the daily progress reports Deanna leaves. They give us an idea how the pets did without us, and she clearly shows she knows their personalities. Often times these notes leave us nodding our heads and laughing when we return home. I also love that she will occasionally text a picture or two of the pets hanging out in her care--- that helps to ease our guilty pet parent minds on longer trips. We used to kennel the dogs and have a friend look in on the cats. The Metro Pet is a much better situation now that the animals are older. She called us to discuss our options, and after agonizing for a few minutes, we asked her to take the kitty to the emergency vet, which she did willingly, after hours.
