All of them love her, which is saying a lot considering we have one cat who is a tough old broad. She's 15 year old and likes VERY few people. Yet, she likes Deanna-- It's impressive. The pricing is competitive, and we have had no difficulty scheduling. I very much appreciate the daily progress reports Deanna leaves. They give us an idea how the pets did without us, and she clearly shows she knows their personalities. Often times these notes leave us nodding our heads and laughing when we return home. I also love that she will occasionally text a picture or two of the pets hanging out in her care--- that helps to ease our guilty pet parent minds on longer trips. We used to kennel the dogs and have a friend look in on the cats. The Metro Pet is a much better situation now that the animals are older. She called us to discuss our options, and after agonizing for a few minutes, we asked her to take the kitty to the emergency vet, which she did willingly, after hours.
