Alarmingly, we witnessed young children being placed in timeout, a practice not allowed for their age in GA. When we raised concerns, especially after paying $3,000 for that week, the daycare dismissed us claiming they were very clear upfront about setting expectations. (We clearly expected more from them than they did of themselves.). Eventually the daycare stopped answering our questions. Parents moved schedules around and now - 1 day before the course was to start, Nathans has canceled the course (due to alleged "low enrollment") and stated new weekend days that would be required. Nathans never asked who was attending and at least 10 families have indicated they had every intention of attending the course. Scheduling, and communication related to that, has been a disaster. There is no way possible that a business professional is running this company.
