Ben the owner failed to replace the doors after many opportunities to do so and we filed a complaint with the BBB as a result. Ben fail to respond to the complaint and therefore we have file a complaint with the courts. I will update following the court date or if Ben makes this rt.

We had slow failures of our old kitchen appliances. Went to Alliance store found exactly what we…read morewanted pretty fast. We picked up a stove and dish washer. Brought home. Was in the process of hooking up the water line on the dishwasher and noticed the fridge wasn't running. Just a buzz and a click every few min. Opened the freezer and the stuff in the door was cold but not frozen. Back to grove ! Found a great French door unit and had them deliver it. In a couple days the delivery guys were here. They were great ! Took the old doors off the dead one and had it loaded in no time. Brought the new one in and set it up and showed me all the features! We had ice in couple hours. It's been several weeks and every thing is working amazing! Zane Kreidler was very helpful. But the entire staff including the delivery guys are great! Selection is great and prices are amazing!

Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
