They sell good quality products, explain financing opportunities very well, have considerate operating hours, and have always worked with me on my returns or replacing rare but occasionally defective products. The only bad experience I've had at this Best Buy (4 over 5 stars) was with an iPad and a iPad Pencil that they sold me. The pencil wasn't compatible with the iPad I bought, and it really felt like, as a shopper, I wasn't technically guided right in my purchases. So, it's a great spot, just make sure you apply the due diligence in compatibility with your purchased and existing products as a consumer.

I made the drive over, and when I entered the store I was immediately stopped by a guy asking what I was there for. When I told him, he "escorted" me to the phone cases and pointed out the one I had shown him on my phone. I asked if I could see it, as pictures on a website are sometimes deceptive. His answer? "You can look at it all you want once you buy it"! Okay then. Well, I was pretty sure it would work since it was from the phone manufacturer, so, in spite of the steep price, I went ahead and purchased it. Once out in the car, I found that it didn't protect the camera lenses (?!). Given that, I turned around and went back into the store to return it. I got through the front door without being stopped, but when I got in the return line, the same guy came over and started harassing me for returning it. I've been considering getting a new television, and my experience with returning a TV to a Best Buy while living in Arizona had already made me put Best Buy at the bottom of the list for sources. This experience with something as minor as a phone case confirmed my opinion. There is no way I would ever even consider buying a TV from this company. I will never again even pass through their doors. Best Buy has a motto that "the customer is always wrong". Why deal with such an organization?

We know this is incorrect as my mother stood outside waiting for the technician this morning, (during the allotted time for the appointment), and no spectrum vehicle ever showed. I mean NOT A SINGLE utility vehicle in the cul-de-sac. Now we are going another weekend without any services. Spectrum dispatch offered no help (besides a reschedule), claimed they were "busy" (go figure). So, I guess look out for technicians who claim they show up but never do? Maybe hire some better technicians and stop blaming the no-show on valued customers. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

We ordered appliances from Home Depot for our brand new kitchen…read more The refrigerator (along with a range and dishwasher) was delivered just before Christmas. The delivery experience was alarming. The drivers appeared impaired and fell while carrying the refrigerator up our stairs (raised ranch). Because the box itself did not appear damaged, no further inspection was done at the time. Due to an ongoing kitchen renovation, all appliances remained boxed to prevent damage until cabinetry was installed. Today, when the refrigerator was finally unboxed for installation, we discovered three significant dents. This damage clearly occurred during manufacturing or delivery. Multiple calls to Home Depot customer service led absolutely nowhere. Despite the circumstances, we were told the refrigerator would not be replaced. After years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent with Home Depot, this is how we are treated -- dismissed and left with a damaged product we paid full price for. We now have a brand-new kitchen with a visibly dented, brand-new refrigerator, and Home Depot refuses to make it right. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Buyer beware: once that delivery truck leaves, Home Depot apparently wants nothing to do with the condition of the appliance they delivered.
