A helpful kid in the movie section asked if I needed help, and after he searched for it, also came up with nothing on the floor. He said he would go check in the back.... at this point, I was feeling bad for taking up his time. The store was now closed, on July 4, and this poor kid probably has plans with friends or family... but despite that, he tracked down the movie in the warehouse and had it out to me in five minutes. I have been to this store hundreds of times, and while it is mostly average, meaning, I'm indifferent about the experience of being there, they really do have some incredibly caring, and helpful people here. I have three different times placed orders for ​a phone upgrade. It takes 3-4 1/2-1 hour calls to get things handled. The orders are frequently cancelled without reason, even though all payments were completed and paperwork signed. Then, I get the order re-done, and it is canceled again. With nothing sent to me to tell me it is canceled. The website and the app have completely different information than what I am told on the phone, and each person I talk to tells me something different than the previous person...sometimes on the same call. I most recently had two orders cancelled on the galaxy z fold 8, which I had pre-ordered, each time I had to call in several times to do it...it was to have been delivered today,but it was inexplicably cancelled and they were not able to do the order again. Now I have to wait 2-3 more business days to call yet again to determine why this is happening and to see if the order can be redone. Meanwhile,my billing statement shows that I owe over $2000 on my existing phone, which clearly reflects the new phone, as .y old one is paid off. I am FED UP. ​i am tempted to cancel everything and go elsewhere.
