Second attempt approx 3 months ago 15 mins after voice prompts still no response. I hung up. Today 5 mins after voice prompts very nice person ask me to hold. Another 10 minutes still no response. I hung up. The service is reportedly good but I wonder how many people like myself never have a chance to find out because no one ever answers the phone during business hours. I won't try again just in case the service is like the responsiveness.

She was to call in 10 days with the results of some samples she took. 10 days later, no call, 2 weeks the same, this went on and on. I called repeatedly to get no return call. Finally someone shared she was leaving the practice. Since then, I have called , again repeatedly, and still have yet to speak to the doctor. I'm finished with this practice. I'm not sure they could do anything at this point to regain my business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because of my initial visit to Stephanie.
